"Yes, this is the information I got from Smith brothers. I asked them and Arthur to dig more information on it as apparently some of our board members sold the shares to Nelson and Baker LLP already."

"But there is nothing to worry about as we got this information before it can be too late. I advised Arthur, Ethan and Evan to buy shares from different accounts from our board of directors so that the shares are back with us"
