Steve went to the party and he mingled with everyone.
Lot of employees tried to make small talk with him and Steve responded to everyone politely.
Although he was in a bad mood he was not sure why and he tried to distract himself by engaging in conversation with all these people.
After some time, Erica joined them at the party.
She was dressed in a casual t-shirt and jeans. Her hair was tied in a long ponytail.
Erica looked pretty but when Steve saw her he got even more upset, when she approached him and greeted him with a smile, he wondered who was the reason behind that smile of hers.
"Steve?" Erica snapped her fingers in front of him as he looked lost somewhere.
"What?" He coldly asked her.
"Why are you in a bad mood?"
"Oh you finally noticed that I am in a bad mood?" He sarcastically asked her.
Erica was surprised and said, "Yeah, why? Were you in a bad mood for a long time?"
