Hearing those words from Xavier was satisfying. We had finally convinced him to join the DELTA. Now there were four DELTAs. Lily, Xavier, Oliver and I were the official members now to take on Raptor.
The real danger was just beginning now. As we travelled the world in search of strong warriors, Raptor would have gained enough power to break through his chains. We now had to stop him and bring peace to Darknor.
Xavier quickly packed the bag. He got a shoulder bag with him just like the ones we had. His brother convinced him that he would take care of his parents if they ask where Xavier had gone. Though small, the kid had brains. Apparently, Xavier's brother's name was Xena. Xavier was proud to have the kid as his brother and patted his cheeks. "I will soon come back. Take care." He said. His tears were visible but he didn't cry. He turned towards us and said, "It's time to go." Saying so, he walked out of the room, not looking back at his brother, maybe hiding his tears. We followed him and tip-toed to the window we had entered from.
We slowly jumped out through the window and Xavier closed it after everyone had escaped. We met Rock Flames who was sitting there lazily near the front door. He saw us and got up immediately. "I made sure no one was around." He said though he his sleepy eyes confessed the truth.
As we walked on the lonely road, no one around, Rock Flames asked, "Why is the town having two different kinds of people? One side is peaceful but the other is just as noisy." Xavier smiled. "From the very beginning, two tribes had settled in this area. They came together and formed 'Sterlin Town'. They even hated to talk to each other. Though their behavior and ideologies are different, they are a part of the same town." Xavier explained and all of us listened attentively. Even the noisy part of the town was quiet during the midnight as we exited the town. We met the same old road we had walked from.
It was an odd time to find a cab and we had already decided and got mentally prepared to walk when we found a flying taxi in the middle of the road, almost as if waiting for us. He understood we needed to go somewhere and he gestured two fingers which meant that only two of us could go.
After such a tiring journey, all of us were going to begin fighting for the cab when the driver whistled loudly. It was so loud that even the citizens of Sterlin Town would have got up from their sleep. It reminded me of Sounge, Lily's hermit who made a peculiar noise to call his friends. Almost immediately, two more flying taxis made their way to us.
Happily, we went to sit. Rock Flames sat on the first one which was all for himself. (Why? That is the benefit of getting the title of creating an organization to save the world.) Lily sat behind Xavier and as usual, Oliver and I sat together. Then Rock Flames declared, "All right folks. Let's go to the headquarters!"
