Unlocking the door, we went inside our new hotel room. I looked around the spacious and comfortable room. My father helped me in keeping the luggage in a corner.
Then we went on searching our new room from top to bottom. It had two beds, one bathroom. I washed my face, changed my clothes and went to sleep immediately.
Next morning, I was woken up by my father. "Blaze, get up. Today is the big day, the beginning of WBF." He said. Lazy, I got up slowly and went to the bathroom and had a bath. Then I changed into a yellow T-shirt covered with a denim jacket and jeans below. Strapped to my waist was my battle-axe, Magnum. I was all set to make a good first impression in the tournament.
My father got dressed as well. It was 10:15 and we didn't even know the route to Foster stadium. I had to reach there by 11:00 am. Unfortunately, we do not have GPS service in Darknor. We rushed down to the intercom. The manager was sitting on his chair, looking at us, smiling. My father went up to him and asked the address of Foster Town. They had a bit conversation and then he returned.
We entered the car and dad drove off. I didn't ask father where Foster Town was. I just did the thing that I do the best; relax on my seat and go to sleep. But luckily, before I could sleep, we reached our destination. I looked up through the car window. My jaw dropped.
My father parked the car and we got out. In front of us was a huge stadium. It was grander than a cricket or a football stadium. It had enumerable lights on top. From out, the stadium was painted white and blue on top. The stadium was so huge that I couldn't find where the entrance was until I saw a line of people on my left, faraway. I called dad and pointed at the crowd. He saw the line and we went towards it.
We came to know that the line was for entering the stadium so we joined it. The line went quickly and we soon were in front of a security guard. "My name is Blaze Hunt." I said. He searched the list of the participants which was kept in front of him and nodded. "Participants will go right to a room and the spectators will go to the left." He said, looking at my father. We came in to see the stadium from inside.
It looked royal and beautiful from inside. I noticed many spectators already seated. The center of the stadium had a battlefield where warriors would fight. My father looked at me, smiled and said, "Make me proud son!" Saying so, he went to the stairs on the left which led him to the seats. I went right where I found a room. On top of it was written Participating warriors.
I entered the hall to find many warriors present there. I even found Oliver somewhere far off. It was a huge hall. The room had a T.V. which was showing the tournament live. "Ladies and gentleman, welcome to the Warrior Battle Fest!" The host said. The tournament had commenced. It was now live which meant I would have to fight any moment now.
