The fog lifts from the valley, as the moon rises to the sky. The sounds of this phobia village start to die. Silence is what keeps you alive. If you know your enemy, you can survive. The howl rises over the hills, pulsing through the air. The sound, a composition in itself, makes even the trees shudder in fear. The flutters of wings deafening between the howls. Cackles fill the void as well. All the sounds come together like a composition made by the devil himself, to strike fear into all who hear his song. The lyrics sung by the sounds of evil itself, the chords a melody of bones and moans; all coming together into a song called consternation. If you're caught outside during this prelude you better run before you die. You are here in this village, you are cursed. This town is known as Tera. The monsters plague the town after dark, craving human flesh. If you are lucky to die a normal death in this town, you don't truly die. You get transformed into the monster of your curse. The curses are as followed: pale skin is a sign of the Bethalsma curse, which turns you into a vampire at the instance of your human death. If you have excessive hair growth you have Hirsu curse, and at the time of your death, transformed into a were beast. If you suffer from jaundice you have the Hocoso curse and become the undead at the time of your humanly death. If you suffer from asthma, then you have the Dys curse and will become a witch at your death. There are other curses, other beasts. But the time for that will come soon. Right now, there is more pressing matters, like what to do with the uncursed human that just became a part of this demon town.
