Spread, revolve around my palm, use the same principal as Bloody Blast, force it to turn into a ball. Condence the ice, thicken it, turn it into mist form, create a shell around it and seal it, fill the shell to the brim, overload it and create chaos inside the ball, beckoning it to shatter it's shell at any instance.' Helkep exhaled heavily.
Bloody blast was a mastey-less skill, it incorporated inside a person like it was a part of him. It even caused his blood to posses a magnetic essence which summoned other blood towards it.
