The sleep which hadn't affected Helkep previously kicked in as he dozed off into a quiet slumber.

Helkep freshened himself up and cooked himself something to eat, not surprisingly, the food couldn't be eaten even by rats. But Helkep quietly sat down and gulped everything down.
