The reason for Noil's absurd strength was due to the fact that during his second enhancement, his strength had doubled and now that he got an additional 18% in that already enhanced strength, his strength had shot high! Hence his preposterous numbers current displaying themselves in all glory!
But this wasn't even the end of it, in all honesty, in two more minutes, his strength would consecutively gain 18% boost per minute.
