"What happened for you bring us back like that?" Arima asked while they walked forward
"This place is about to be attacked!"
"What?!" the two exclaimed simultaneously
"Is this because of us?" Akashi's asked with concern in his voice
"We don't think so," Kana responded
"If it were for us they wouldn't have sent so few ninjas, they would have attacked the convoy, or better yet they could have sold our location to the highest bidder,"
"We think that they are here for the town, to destroy it, and destabilize the land of fire, nothing out of the ordinary in a war,"
The explanation allowed the two boys to relaxed
"So what do we do," asked Akashi "Are we gonna help the people of the town or..." He didn't say the last part but they could understand what he meant the atmosphere became a little unusual, in the past the situation wouldn't even require any hesitation.
But right now they all knew that their situation was precarious and that they had to be careful in all their action,
After a few seconds of silence, Ashina smiled a little
"Ha, of course, we are going to help after all we are the Uzumaki, our situation is so bad that we are going to forget who we are and let such a peaceful town be sacked in ur presence," he said placing his hand on Akashi's head and squeeze it hard enough to make him clench his teeth in pain.
He then turned toward the ninjas who were standing proudly around them wearing expressions of pride and confidence

At the gate of the town, about forty ninjas and samurais were standing firm waiting for the upcoming assault.
It was obvious that other than the samurai the ninjas present were mercenaries selling their craft, they all wore different attire
They didn't have to wait long as from the trees they saw their enemies arrive, five ninjas appeared on the open field in front of them using the body flicker technique while the rest remained hidden in the trees.
While the ninjas observed the people facing them an old samurai cladded in beautiful armor walked a few steps forward to stand in front of the others
"Welcome, estimate ninjas, I'm Cushio the chief of security of this little town, may I know who you are and your goal for visiting our town?" he asked showing a kind smile
'The ninjas weren't wearing any mask to hide their identity so they could be reason with,' thought the samurai
One of the ninjas looked at him smiling before talking "What a warm welcome, first you aren't worthy enough to know our identity and our goal, yes of course our goal, is straightforward,"
"Destroy this pathetic town," he said with a maniacal expression
The atmosphere in the place became immediately chilling as the ninjas in the trees launched a series of attacks,
In an instant, a barrage of jutsu was launched from both sides, the samurai coated their swords in chakra before running toward their enemies.
"Clang, clang," the sound of swords clashing resounded everywhere on the battlefield,
On that battlefield ninjas and Samurais put their differences aside and teamed up in the hope of eliminating the threat to their city.
The old samurai engaged with one of the jonin while the others were contained by the combined assault of three ninjas mercenaries and three experienced samurais
They used their combination to encircle and overwhelm the jonin in the hope of killing him
On the other front
Using their numerical the protectors of the town used their numerical advantage by attacking the unknown ninjas in groups
The old Cushio due to his experience could manage to compete with his opponent but very quickly he had to admit that he was not strong enough as he started to receive a few cuts here and there
'It is good, I'm too old, it's like he is trying to bleed me to death,'

The ruse worked well as he saw his opponent stiff for a split second, but it was enough for Cushio to injure his opponent by delivering a powerful slash on his opponent's chest resulting in an injury
'Nothing serious, it's just skin deep, well done old man;' the ninja thought before looking at his opponent with anger and at the same time respect
"Are you wondering how I recognized that you are from Kiri?!" Cushio asked and he could see that it didn't interest him but continued to talk
"Your teeth," he pointed out "It's mostly people of Kiri who have teeth like a fish,"
At that, the ninja smiled and replied "I don't care if my identity is revealed,"
"Then why don't you wear the symbol of your village..." Cushio was interrupted by a slashed who threaten to slit his throat

The combat between the unknown ninjas and the protectors of the town very quickly started to turn to the advantage of the ninjas of kiri who had better fighting style, combinaisons more equipment such as explosive tags, smoke bombs, and better technique.
After about five minutes of fighting the ninjas of Kiri had the advantage and were pushing their opponents back

Instead of panicking the ninja of Kiri started to smile after all they were now in their element, they hadn't used it previously as their opponent wasn't worthy of that.
From the fog sound of screams and pain started to be heard
The two join of Kiri looked at that from the side with smiles, but very soon their smiles disappeared as they noticed that contrary to what they expected it wasn't the protectors of the town that were being slaughtered but their men
"What the hell is happening," they screamed in anger before using a massive strike the opposite of the old Cushio sending him sliding away while the one surrounding used a massive water storm to get rid of his opponent.
But before they could end their respective opponents they were they were both attacked by attacks that sent them flying away
"Who are you, how dare you interfere in this fight," the ninja of Kiri shouted
"You aren't worthy of knowing our identity," said the Uzumaki ninja with tainted hair and a mask on the face
"Like those guys were unworthy to hear yours," two ninjas said appearing in front of them allowing the ninjas of Kiri to put faces on the voices insulting them
"We will get your identity after taking your head," one of them screamed before jumping forward, and just like that another battle commenced,
And like the combat of earlier that fight also seems to one side as the Uzumaki ninja still using their disguise overwhelm their opponents
with the technique and numbers
A gale of wind brushed the battlefield dispersing the fog and allowing everyone to see what happened inside the white fog,
"A massacre," someone said
On the ground, the lifeless body of the ninjas of Kiri lay lifeless
Seeing the fate of their companion angered Kiri as they used all their strength, displaying all their arsenal
The landscape began to change due to the power of the technique in displays but soon the stalemate was broken
The masked ninja focused a massive amount of chakra in his mouth
(Water style: water spear)
A thin jet of water surges toward the ninja of Kiri who displayed a water barrier and prove useless in front of the spear that impaled him on the ground
On the other side, the other Jonin was decapitated after being distracted by a kunai that was thrown at him from the side.
