Uraraka POV
I am sitting on the common area sofa while everyone else are busy with their own activities. I look at the news on the tv and remember what the news said a few weeks ago
"Today, the world finally celebrated in the end of the third world war. A conflict that has span the last 6 months and taking the lives of 50 million people. But this 50 million casualty are not the only 50 million we lost this year. 6 months ago, before World War 3, another 50 million people die in Japan alone from the Liberation War. We all send our condolence to those who died and those who was left behind, but now we could finally stop all the death and destruction. A new peace has been achieved" President of United States of America, Charles F. Terrence said on the tv on the 5th of June, 2221
All of Class 1-A are watching the live feed of what supposed to be the end of the war. And yet, now almost 20 day later, no words of Izuku Midoriya was heard
The last time I... we have contact with him is 6 months ago when he make U.A. into a refugee center before he was deployed again. After that, nothing, not a single info of his whereabouts, what he do, or even if he still alive
Some think that he already died, mostly Kaminari and Mineta being all pessimistic. But I know deep down those two hope Izuku still alive
Bakugou keep yelling every time we mention Izuku. Saying that he doesn't care if he's alive or not. Kirishima, Kaminari, Sero, and Mina always laugh every time he yell that. I also giggle a little since I know that he cared for Izuku, despite not showing it
Ever since Dabi was arrested, Todoroki always tries to meet him. Not just him, Endeavor and all of Todoroki's family tries to meet Dabi/Touya. But they always get rejected due to security reasons. Until the war is over, they still haven't let Todoroki or his family to meet Dabi. But Todoroki keep trying nonetheless
As for Endeavor, I remember the press conference 6 months ago
27th January, 2221, 5 days after the Liberation War ended and 5 days after World War 3 started
The Hero Public Committee and government held a press conference to address the issue about Endeavor's past and the government policy about joining WW3
"It's the truth. There's nothing I can say that will mask the truth" Endeavor said before bowing down
Endeavor spoke about his and his family past. In complete detail. The shocking revelation of how dark the Todoroki's are a shock to us. But through out the whole revealing, Todoroki just sit on his chair with no emotion whatsoever that it worries us. Yaoyorozu ask him if he's alright and he reply with "Just keep listening" we have no choice but to listen more about his past when he is refusing to talk about it
The heroes are apologizing for failing to protect the society from the attacks when a reporter raise his hand
"Will it be okay? During the Liberation War, my mother was severely injured. Just saying "Everything was true. We deeply sorry" isn't going to fix anything! Do you realize just how many people have lost their homes and lives this past 2 weeks?! The war was done by villains! That's for sure! However, based on your faces, it doesn't look like you recognize that it's your mistakes that things ended up like this!" The reporter yell angrily
"Would it make up for what I've done if I were crying in front of you instead?" Endeavor ask
"Excuse me?! Of course it wouldn't! I'm telling you to ease the panic! Get rid of the villains! That is.... That is..." The reporter yell before realizing something
"That's right.... That is the only way. Someone like Endeavor can make up for it" Endeavor claim
"However, we must also discuss the fact that with the significant decline of heroes, and the military and Ranger Corp busy with WW3, protecting the society at Large is only becoming harder and harder" A government spokesman said "We hereby announce a plan to prioritize the protection of certain civilians" He announce, making the reporters to be shocked
"Excuse me...?! What are you saying...?!" A reporter yell
"After a discussion between heroes and government, starting today, U.A. High School, or U.A. Refugee Center will serve as a sanctuary; A designated shelter for those connected to the students in the hero course. With it's large estate, unrivaled security, and Ranger Corp's forces protecting it, this decision seems the most viable. The parents of those in the school already began moving" The government spokesman said
"In a time of uncertainty such as this.... You think that a 'shelter' like that would provide any amount of security?!" A reporter yell
"This measure is in place specifically because we are at an time of uncertainty. All your worries... your hatred... please direct them directly at me. From here on out, it's not the lives of other heroes you should concern with. I request that you channel your anger at me and believe at All Might" Endeavor declare as he activate his fire on his face
"Speaking of All Might, where is he?" A reporter ask
"He is currently busy with treating refugee at U.A. Refugee Center. But he does agree with this plan. Please, do not lose faith on us. But if you did, don't lose faith in him. Since he is the Symbol of Peace" Endeavor claim
The reporters are calmed down and start to discuss with each other when a reporter raises his hand
"And what about the government? Our country is ravaged by the Liberation War, and yet, you still declare war with China? Do you want our country to be destroyed even more? Do you want more of our people to be killed in war?" The reporter ask
"I will answer that" Hisashi Midoriya stand up "My name is General Hisashi Midoriya of the Ranger Corp military, or "Shogun" if you heard the live feed from 5 days ago" Hisashi introduce himself
"As you all heard from the live feed from 5 days ago. Japan declare war with China, but we only act as a defensive role since we realize we lack troops, assets, and infrastructure necessary for an offensive war" Hisashi explain
"But you still declare war, it's like you calling China to attack us" The reporter said
"Even thought we fight in a defensive war, we need to declare war with China under international law which been agreed by many nation, including Japan and China" Hisashi explain
"You said we are in a defensive war, and yet you ordered your son, Izuku Midoriya to fight the Chinese and Russian head on" A reporter said
"The orders to fight a defensive war is only given to regular troops. You all heard the live feed 5 days ago and know that my son is a part of Task Force 141. The best handpicked group of warriors on the planet. They are trained for unconventional, asymmetrical warfare, deep behind enemy lines sabotage, espionage, ect. These are not your regular troops, so their skills will be useless if they don't fight on the front line" Hisashi explain
"Can you tell us where he is right now?" A reporter ask
"As for where he is exactly, due the nature of his job as a Task Force 141 Special Forces. We Ranger Corp unable to give any information about what he is doing, where he is, or any info of him. But, what I can tell you is he is somewhere on South China Sea - helping the ASEAN fleet fighting the Chinese fleet, After China declare war with ASEAN. Either than that, anything else will be classified beyond top secret" Hisashi explain
"But I thought you ordered him to protect Okinawa?" A reporter ask
"Like I said earlier, anything else will be classified beyond top secret" Hisashi simply reply before sitting down
After a few more QnA with the heroes, government and Ranger Corp, the conference is over
Now that was 6 months ago. To summarized what happened the last 6 months is like this:
The hero world, the hero society is changing in Japan. Ever since Dabi exposed his identity and yell his ideology for all Japan to hear. A movement of change is happening in Japan. People start to lose faith in heroes, but instead they put their faith in the military and Ranger Corp. When the heroes became corrupt with money, power, fame - the military and Ranger Corp stay loyal to their job, to their mission, to what is right. They do whatever it takes to protect Japan, when the politician and heroes are trying to achieve their selfish deed
Public outcry demanded that the Ranger Corp to take over the government and fix the damages the "failed" Japanese Government created. But Izuku's father, General Hisashi Midoriya said that the Ranger Corp's duty is to protect Japan, not to govern it. But he do agree that he will do whatever he can to help rebuilt Japan
If I'm being honest, I really hoped I would see or hear Izuku when his father make the press conference. I want to see his face, to hear his voice, I miss him
"Mom, can I play with Kota outside?" Eri suddenly walk to me with Kota behind her
"Of course you can, sweetie. Be careful and not play outside the yard, okay?" I pat Eri's head
"Kay~" Eri reply with a bright smile before she and Kota run outside
Eri has been calling me "mom" a month after Izuku departed for WW3. I don't really mind, she is such a cute adorable little girl. And Izuku is right about unable to resist something as cute as her
No one POV
17:31 p.m.
Eri and Kota finished playing outside they go back inside. Kota and the Pussycats live on U.A. ever since the U.A. sanctuary program begin 6 months ago. But Kota and the Pussycats live in a different building from Class 1-A. So Kota walk back to his building while Eri stay in 1-A Alliance
Class 1-A are having their usual "talk" with each other every night to discuss about anything; what happen during the day, any problem/trouble they encounter, or just a simple talk. But every time they have this "talk" they always goes to a single subject in the end
"...all this time we talk like this, it's... hiding what we all wanted..." Sero said looking down
"Yeah... we all missed Midoriya..." Kaminari said sadly
The class only look down or depressed, no matter how much they tried, they cannot get into contact with Izuku. His whereabouts is still unknown
"I want to see dad again..." Eri said sadly
"Me too, Eri.... Me too..." Uraraka said as she pat Eri's head
"...I want to help him fight, whatever the way. I always wanted to help Midoriya fight. I know he suffers a lot every time he fight for us..." Kirishima said frustrated
"Unfortunately, he won't let us fight with him" Shoji said
"Not because he doesn't trust us or our abilities" Ojiro said
"But because we are not ready, and our enemies are tougher than us" Tokoyami claim
"But aren't we supposed to grow stronger by fighting stronger enemies?" Toru ask
"Not if you're dead" Bakugou said as they all look at him "I may don't like him. But every time he forbidden us to fight with him, it's because the enemy are able to kill us easily, but not him" He claim "Tch! Trying to play hero when he is not a hero himself" Bakugou scoff
"I have to agree. What's frustrating is that he is more heroic than any of us, and he doesn't even trying to be a hero" Sero claim a little frustrated
"That's showed how heroic he is. Trying to protect those who can't protect themselves" Uraraka claim sadly
Iida then remember what Izuku told him back at Hosu 'A hero's job is to fight to those who can't fight, to protect those who unable to protect themselves, and to save those who needed to be saved' Izuku is more heroic than he is
"Well, where ever he is, let's just hope he is alive and well" Jiro said
Suddenly the front door open and a person come in but no one is looking at the person as they all still busy with their depression
"If it's about the food supply, just drop it there" Sato said looking down, depressed
The person only smile "You want me to drop it here or in the kitchen?" The person ask
Everyone then recognized the voice, it's the voice of someone they been hoping to hear the past 6 months. Everyone move their heads at the source of the voice and can't believe their eyes
Standing in front of the entrance door is Izuku Midoriya, still wearing his Special Force suit and Exosuit, thought it's obvious that the suit's been damaged and worn out. They see Izuku's tired face, thought Izuku looked tired and worn out and doesn't look like the Izuku they know. But there's no denying that Izuku is there, standing in front of them
"M... Mi... Midoriya...?" Uraraka gasp surprise as she began to tear up
"...dad...? Dad...?" Eri tear up then run towards Izuku "DAD!!!" She yell
Izuku put his riffle away and kneel down. Eri then run into Izuku's arm and Izuku hug her tightly "Hey, little girl" Izuku said trembling as he hug her
Uraraka, just like everyone else, are petrified and shocked that they can't move a muscle. Izuku lift Eri on his arm and walk to Uraraka
"Hey..." Izuku greet Uraraka
"Iz... Izuku...?" Uraraka tear up and look at Izuku shocked
"I'm sorry I leave you two for so long" Izuku apologize
Eri shake her head "It doesn't matter. You're back now! That's what important!" Eri yell as she hug Izuku tighter
Uraraka wipe her tears, but more continue to fall "Oh my God, Izuku..." She said tearing up
Izuku then hug Uraraka. Uraraka hug both Izuku and Eri. The three embrace each other in the hug
Everyone else is still shocked that Izuku is alive and come back to them. They are happy, but let the three to embrace each other first
Bakugou actually shocked that Izuku still alive and relief that he is alive "So you still alive, eh?" He said
Izuku look at Bakugou "And I see you still an ass" He reply
"Tch! Just don't stand in my way" Bakugou walk pass them and head to his room
"I'm sorry about him, Midoriya. And yeah, he still an ass" Kirishima joke
"It' fine. Compared what I experience in WW3, his behavior is nothing" Izuku reassure
"Is there's anything we can do to you, right now?" Yaoyorozu ask as the class get back to their senses and tries to comply to whatever Izuku requested
"If it's not much to ask. Can I get a pizza? Or if you don't have one then anything is good, a plain bread is fine" Izuku said tiredly
"Don't worry, Midoriya. We have the ingredients, we can make you a pizza" Sato reassure
"The best one you'll ever eat!" Toru added
"It'll light up your dark world" Tokoyami claim
"That's a little excessive, Tokoyami" Asui nudge him
"The point is, you'll enjoyed it a lot!" Mina claim
"Thank you" Izuku said grateful
"One special pizza is on it's way" Sato said before running to the kitchen
"I'll help" Shoji said as he also walk to the kitchen
Izuku let go of Uraraka and drop down Eri before walking to the dining table just beside the common area tv "This place look the same" Izuku look around before sitting down
"This place is always the same, Midoriya" Sero reply
Izuku smile "I'm glad"
"Why?" Kaminari ask confuse
"Nothing, I'm just saying nonsense" Izuku reply
"You? Saying nonsense? That's impossible. You're not our kind of people" Sero said surprise with Kirishima, Kaminari and Mina nodding
"I spend 6 months fighting in 2 high intensity wars, Sero. I've seen too much traumatic things that I'm not really in the right of mind right now" Izuku reply making everyone to look at Izuku worriedly
Eri grab Izuku's hand "Dad..." She said sadly
"I'm sorry to make you worry" Izuku pat Eri's head
"I know this is a stupid question. But are you okay, Midoriya?" Yaoyorozu ask worried
"Just give me some time, it's combat fatigue" Izuku reply
"So you just need time to recover your strength, right?" Kaminari ask
"No, combat fatigue doesn't mean I am tired. It's PTSD, mental trauma" Izuku corrected making everyone even more worried "Sigh, just do your everyday lives, it'll help me recover" Izuku reassure
"Okay, we'll do whatever you need to recover, Midoriya" Iida claim with the class nodding
"Thank you" Izuku said rather sadly
Kaminari is walking to the tv when he see something Eri like "Eri, there's Spongebob on the tv!" Kaminari yell excited as he see Spongebob cartoon is being aired on the tv
"Spongebob?!" Eri squeal excited but abruptly stop and look at Izuku nervously
Izuku smile, knowing what his daughter want "Go ahead, I'm right here. I'm not going anywhere, and I'll be fine" Izuku told Eri
Eri smile brightly "I love you, dad!" Eri yell happily before running to the tv with Kota
"I love you, too" Izuku smile fondly when he notice Todoroki is not there "Where's Todoroki?" He ask
"He said that now he is allowed to meet with Dabi, so he and his family are going to Tartarus to meet with Da-Touya" Iida explain
"Ah, yeah. I give them the permission" Izuku remember
"What?" Iida and the other ask confuse
"It's something I do before coming here. Giving permission to let the Todoroki's meet with Dabi. I can't believe they aren't allowed to meet even after 6 months" Izuku said annoyed
"They said it because security reason they won't let anyone meet with Dabi or any of the captured League" Jiro said
"Security reason is one of the reasons why no one allowed to meet them. But never mind that. He'll be back by tomorrow anyway" Midoriya said
Uraraka smile fondly "Even after everything that happen to you, you still tries to help others" She said with the class nodding and smiling
Izuku faintly smile "I guess "helping others" runs through my veins" He said
"You said that like it was a bad thing to have" Asui said
"I told you before that I'm not really in the right of mind, remember? Or in other words, I'm as stupid as braindead Kaminari" Izuku reply making everyone to laugh
Uraraka walk closer to Izuku "Okaerinasai/Welcome home" She told Izuku
Izuku look at Uraraka and his classmates "Tadaiman/I'm home" He said smiling
"If you need something, just tell us, Midoriya" Iida said
"I appreciate it" Izuku nod slightly before grabbing a cup of cola and drink it. Izuku is trying to do something that was impossible through out WW3, relaxing. Relaxing, rest, comfort, are some things that was scarce to find in a warzone. And trying to relax is kind of hard for Izuku after 6 months of constant fighting
"Pop!"
The sound almost make Izuku jump as he look at the source of the sound. He see Kaminari was opening a can of cola that was shook by Jiro. Kaminari yell angrily while Jiro laugh
Seeing it was nothing serious, Izuku calm down and tries to relax again. He look around and no one seem to notice his sudden movement and mentally sighed in relief
"Whoos! Ssssh!"
Izuku stiffen and almost hit the deck but manage to hold his survival urge. The sound remind him of RPG fire coming towards him
Izuku glance at the kitchen and see Sato is cooking his pizza and looks like grill some steaks. The juices make the flames to grow
Izuku is bothered by something trivial, something that has nothing to do with the military. He close his eyes and took a deep silent breath. He suddenly heard the sounds of battle, he open his eyes and see it came from the tv
The Spongebob on the tv was a movie and it was showing the Krusty Krab under attack by Plankton that reassemble WW2
"Okay Patrick. Load the potatoes" Spongebob ordered as Spongebob and Patrick are on Krusty Krab's roof and operated an AA-like potato gun
"Mashed or fried, sir?" Patrick ask as he grab a mashed and fried potatoes
"No Patrick. Raw" Spongebob corrected
"Sir, yes sir!" Patrick comply then he load the AA potato gun with raw potatoes "Locked and loaded" Patrick salute
"Fire!" Mr. Krab ordered then Spongebob fire the AA potato gun
"Potatoes?!" Plankton yell as he evade the flying potatoes
"Yay!" Eri cheer at the war-like scene, but for Izuku, he didn't enjoyed it. He remember flying on a transport plane and being shot down by AA fire. He remember the sight of soldiers being killed, the sounds of twisting metal, the smell of burned rubber, the bullets flying through the hull. The horrific experience of literally falling to his death
Izuku close his eyes and tries to think of something else. He then think something else, he think of the day he lost Metal 0 when hunting Re-Destro

After the Liberation War ended, Re-Destro escapes to Russia and help the Russian separatist. As it right now, the separatist are doing 2 things; first they tries to launch nuclear tipped ICBM from a launch facility deep on Altay Mountains. As for the second, they kidnapped the loyalist president, Boris Vorchevsky
Task Force 141 are tasked to stop both the ICBM launch and saved the loyalist president. Bravo 6 alongside SEAL Team 6 are stopping the ICBM launch. While Delta 9 and Metal 0 are to save the President and kill Re-Destro
23rd April, 2221, 11:08 a.m.

Easter Siberia, Russia
The group is on an elevator. Izuku slam down an enemy soldier before shooting him
"Ready?" Sandman ask then he press the button and the lift goes down
"Can this thing go any faster?" Grinch ask disappointed by the speed of the lift
"Easy, Grinch" Sandman told him
"You want fast? Go to Nascar" Roach told him
"Get ready" Izuku said as the elevator stop
The door of the elevator open slowly and the enemy soldiers behind the door didn't pay any attention to it
"Now!" Izuku yell then they all fire their guns at the enemy
"Contact! Twelve o'clock!" Grinch yell as enemy soldier enter the room
"RPG!" Truck yell but it was too late. An RPG struck the the lift and the whole thing goes down
"Blyat!" Yuri curse
"Hold on!" Truck yell as they all fall down fast
They all fall down for a few seconds before abruptly stop
"Cough! Cough! Status?!" Izuku ask dizzily
"I'm good" Truck reply
"Still alive" Roach reply
"We're clear!" Grinch reply before they been shot at
"We are not clear! We are very not clear!" Frost yell as they all shoot back
They all proceed outside the lift shooting the enemy right in front of them
"Grinch, Truck, sweep left!" Sandman ordered them
"The rest of you, on me!" Izuku ordered as they entered a tunnel. Inside, Izuku lead the team scour it before they all reach a refinery room
"Targets! Twelve o'clock high!" Sandman yell
"I see 'em!" Frost reply
"Drop 'em!" Izuku ordered then they shoot the enemy
The team shoot down all enemy soldiers before moving to the bunker behind the refinery
"All clear!" Truck inform
"Truck, you're up" Sandman told him
"On it" Truck reply as he grab a handheld rotating saw from his back the turn it on "Prepare for some noise" Truck smirk as he cut the lock on the bunker door
As Truck finished, Izuku move to the door then kicked it before shooting the enemy behind the bunker door
They all the entered the room that lead them to a garage or sort. Inside they find more enemy resistance
"Contact!" Yuri yell then he shoot the enemy
"Target acquired" Sandman yell then he shoot the enemy
Roach try to flank but he is hit by an RPG, throwing him back. Frost approach Roach
"You're good! You're good!" Frost told Roach as he help him up
"Keep moving! Go!" Izuku ordered as he push forward
A few minutes later the firefight was over but the garage door was close
"We're gonna need another way out of here" Grinch yell
"Stairwell, left side! Let's go!" Sandman ordered
They all go up the stairs before running to a door and they all prepare to breach
"Shogun, this is Sandman. we're at the bottom of the mine. We're gonna need air support" Sandman requested
"Affirmative, Sandman. We'll chop a Predator to you" Shogun reply
"Ready?" Sandman ask Izuku
"Try and keep up" Izuku reply before the two of them kick the door open
The door open and they reach the outside of the mine. They all move outside killing the enemy outside before moving to he center of the mine
As they move to the center Little Bird helicopter drop off more Special Forces to join the assault
"UCAV is on station with a full load of AGMs. Ready for targets" Shogun inform
"Yuri, hit them!" Izuku ordered him
Yuri open a small laptop and mark the enemy position then launch an AGM at them
"Nice work. Multiple KIAs" Shogun inform
Yuri then join the others pushing forward killing the enemy in the construction yard
"Predator drone ready for next target" Shogun inform
"Yuri, we'll cover you! launch that AGM!" Izuku ordered as he and others cover fire Yuri
Yuri take cover behind a wall before opening the laptop and launch a missile to the enemy
"Five plus kills confirm. Good work" Shogun inform
"Cut through the construction yard! There's more cover!" Izuku ordered then they all run to the construction yard
"Viper 6, we're moving in to the construction yard! Watch your fire!" Sandman inform Viper 6 as he and the other run to the yard
"Copy that, 0-1. We're movin' to the next area" Viper 6 reply
"We have heavy resistance here!" Frost yell as he shoot down the enemy in the construction yard
"AGMs are online" Shogun inform then Yuri take cover and open the laptop before strike the enemy in front of him
"Nice work. Multiple KIAs" Shogun inform
"Push on! Push on!" Izuku yell then they all run pass the construction yard
"Contact front!" Truck yell
"Predator drone ready for next target" Shogun inform
"Incoming!" Yuri yell as he launch a Predator missile at the enemy
"Nice work. Multiple KIAs" Shogun inform when suddenly there's an explosion in the sky, Sandman look up and see the drone has been shot down
"Shogun, a SAM just took out our UCAV!" Sandman inform
"Affirmative, Real-Steel. Be advised, we have lost our only drone in the area. You're on your own" Shogun reply
"We need another way in to the mine!" Sandman yell
"We're not getting in there without some heavy firepower!" Izuku yell
"Shogun, requesting artillery strike at target, over" Sandman requested
"Solid copy, Sandman. Odin 6, payload target coordinates are as follows: 7-9-4-4" Shogun inform
"Everyone sit tight!" Sandman yell at the team then second later multiple missiles hit the mine entrance door resulting in massive explosion
"Boom bitches!" Grinch yell excited
"Now that's more like it!" Truck yell exited
"Inside! Now!" Sandman ordered then they all run to the entrance
"Shogun, we're in! Approaching the target now" Izuku inform as they run inside the mine's tunnel
"Roach, take care of the door!" Izuku ordered Roach
Roach then put a door breacher and they all take cover before the door breacher exploded
The door blast open then they all storm the room, seeing no enemy resistance, they all push forward. As they push forward Izuku see President Boris being drag across the catwalk
"On the catwalk!" Izuku yell
"There he is! I see him!"Grinch yell seeing the President being drag in to an elevator
"Then we're not too late! Keep pushing!" Izuku yell as he shoot down the enemy in front of him
The elevator carrying the President move down as they all reach the catwalk
"Prep you thrusters" Izuku said then they all prepare their thrusters
"Going down" Grinch said as they all jump down and use their thrusters to descend slowly to the bottom of the mine
"There they are!" Grinch yell as he landed
"He's right there! Right there" Truck yell pointing at the enemy who drag down Boris
"Then move it!" Frost yell as he and others reach the bottom of the mine
"Let's move it, people!" Izukut yell as he lead them inside the smelting plant
"RPGs top side!" Yuri yell as he see multiple RPG rockets fire from the catwalk above them before he gun them down
"They're closing the blast doors!" Truck yell seeing Boris being drag inside and the doors being close
Yuri and Roach flank right and kill the enemy from their flanks. Yuri and Roach shoot the enemy when Yuri spot an enemy behind Roach "Get down!" He yell at Roach
Roach get down then Yuri shoot the enemy. After killing the enemy Yuri help Roach up
"Man, I owe you one" Roach told Yuri
"We got each others back" Yuri reply before the two push forward
"Clear!" Grinch inform as he kill the last enemy
"We gotta get through that door!" Truck yell
"It's reinforced steel. We can't get through this!" Izuku said inspecting the doors
"Any bright ideas?" Grinch ask
"I've got one. Up top. Follow me" Izuku said then he and the others move above the bunker "Get charges here, here and here!" Izuku ordered as he point the ground where he want the charges at, it makes the shape of a circle
Yuri, Frost, and Sandman put the charges at the position where Izuku wants them. They set the charges then move inside the circle before the charges exploded and the ground began to fall down
As they all still falling Izuku point his gun at the startled enemy and shoot them one by one "BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!! BANG!!!" 4 shots 4 kills, precision shooting at it's best
"Shogun, jackpot. The President is secure" Sandman inform as he freed Boris
"Solid copy. Gather your team and proceed to the RV" Shogun reply
"Help...?" Boris said weakly
Yuri then began to speak with Boris in Russian
Izuku then spotted Re-Destro behind him, he's being pinned by the falling roof debris. Izuku walk closer to Re-Destro
Re-Destro smile weakly and about to say something, but Izuku headshot him before he have the chance
"Whatever you about to say. I'm not interested" Izuku said coldly
Suddenly there's an explosion and the whole mine shake
"What the hell?!" Truck yell confuse
"Move! Move!" Izuku yell and they all run outside
"Shogun, this place is gonna collapse any minute! The birds need to come to us!" Sandman said as he run outside
"Copy that. Hammer 1 is now en route. ETA thirty seconds. Stand by" Shogun reply
"Hold position! Evac will be here in thirty seconds!" Sandman inform
"Yuri, mount that MG!" Izuku ordered him
"More bad guys inbound!" Truck yell as dozens enemy soldiers came in from the front
"Come get some! You son of a bitch!" Yuri yell as he fire the MG and saturated the enemy with hot lead
"Watch the left flank!" Grinch inform
Yuri then switch his attention to the left flank and began shooting at the enemy there
"Hammer 1, you gonna bail us out if this or what?!" Sandman yell
"Almost there. Just hold on" Hammer 1 inform
"Come on!" Frost yell as he and others holding their ground waiting to be extracted
Soon a UH-60 Blackhawk enter the mine hole
"Metal 0-1, this is Hammer 1-6, let's get the hell out of here" Hammer 1-6 inform
"Sounds good 1-6!" Sandman reply "Alright, let's move! Go!" He ordered as he and the other run to the chopper
"RPG! Move! Move!" Hammer 1-6 Yell as he avoided the rocket
Unfortunately the RPG struck the ceiling and the ruble hit Roach
"Roach! Roach!" Izuku yell as he see Roach struck down by the ruble
"Get the president on board! We got to get the hell outta here!" Hammer 1-6 yell as they land
Grinch help Boris get on board the helicopter "President's Secure!" He yell then he get back shooting the enemy
"Hang in there! I got you!" Yuri yell as he drag Roach towards the helicopter
"Delta! You gotta go! Make sure the President get out!" Sandman yell at Izuku
"Don't you even think about it, Sandman! We're in this together!" Izuku reply as the two shoot down enemy soldiers trying to get to the helicopter
"Frost Cover the right side!" Sandman ordered
"You better be right behind me!" Izuku yell then he run to Roach "I got him! Cover us!" Izuku ordered Yuri. Yuri let go of Roach and start shooting the enemy
Izuku give his riffle to Roach and drag him to the chopper. Roach then began shooting the enemy despite being injured
Metal 0 keep on shooting the enemy soldiers. Truck do a barrel roll to the side as he evaded an RPG before he get back up and shoot more enemy
Sandman toss a mag to Grinch who is out of ammo. When Grinch try to reload an enemy try to knife him but Grinch counter then slam him before he shoot him in the head
Frost who is out of AR mag switch to his pistol and Truck give his pistol to Frost and he do an M9 akimbo. Sandman is hit but he get back up again
Izuku finally drag Roach to the chopper and Boris help Roach on board. Izuku and Yuri then get in the helicopter as well
"Sandman! It's time to go! C'mon!" Izuku yell at Sandman
"Just go! Get out of here!" Sandman yell back before an RPG struck the ground near Hammer 1-6
"RPG!" Truck yell
"Hang on!" Hammer 1-6 yell as he try to control the helicopter and hover near Metal 0
"Just go! Go!" Sandman wave them to leave while Frost, Truck, and Roach continue shooting the separatists
"We can't stay here! We gotta leave!" Hammer 1-6 inform as he ascending out of the mine hole
"NO!!!! Get us back down there!" Izuku yell at the pilot
"It's too hot! We go back, we all die!" Hammer 1-6 reply as he manage to get out of the mine hole
"Sandman, do you read me?!" Izuku yell at Sandman down the mine
"Sandman, do you copy?! Sandman! Truck! Grinch! Frost! Do you all copy?!" Izuku yell trying to gain comms with Metal 0
"Sandman, come in! Do you copy?!" Izuku yell one last time before the helicopter fly away from the mine
Izuku remember their deaths, remember when their bodies are finally found several days ago, remember when Roach died on their way to the hospital, and remember his own powerless to save his brother in arms

Suddenly Izuku felt a hand touch his shoulder. Immediately, his years of training and 6 months of constant fighting minds, stand up, grab the one who touch his shoulder, grab his pistol, and aim at the culprit
What Izuku see is a Russian separatist looking angrily at him. Izuku about to pull the trigger when his brain cleared out. From what his mind think it see, to what his eyes actually see. The Russian separatist image began to dissipate and terrified face of Kirishima is now in front of Izuku
Izuku's eyes widen in surprise, he see that he's grabbing Kirishima's wrist tightly and aiming his pistol at him. Izuku quickly let go off Kirishima's wrist and step back in complete shock. Izuku fell to his chair while holding his face, he's breathing raggedly and sweat dripping from his face
Kirishima groan in pain after Izuku let go off him and the others who's watching immediately approach Kirishima and check his condition. No one approach Izuku
"Kirishima!" Mina yell worried as she check his wrist
"Holy hell, what was that?!" Kaminari yell surprise and confuse
"Midoriya just grab Kirishima out of no where and point his gun at him" Sero said looking at Izuku with fear
"Why did you do that?!" Mina yell at Izuku who look at Mina with a broken expression
"I-I..." Izuku unable to say anything
"I know you just get back from a war! But do you really need to hurt him?! What is wrong with you?!" Mina yell angrily
Izuku felt incredibly guilty, he clench his fists and gritted his teeth in anger, not angry at Mina, but at himself. He hurt those he supposed to protect
"Mina!" Iida yell shocked by what Mina just said
Mina immediately realize what she said and close her mouth in surprise "I-I didn't mean to..." Mina tried to apologize when Izuku suddenly get up, surprising everyone there
"I... my mistake" Izuku said with a broken tone before walking away
"Midoriya..." Mina tries to stop him
Izuku stop then glance back to his classmates "I'm sorry" He said with a dejected tone and guilt before walking to the elevator
"Midoriya!"
"Midobro! I'm fine!"
"Wait a minute, Midoriya!"
"Dad!"
They all call out to Izuku, but he didn't listen as he enter the elevator and close the door. Izuku enter his room and lock the door before he climb to his bed, trying to sleep. But as soon he lay down on his bed he felt something uncomfortable. No, he felt comfortable, but that feels weird for him. Izuku then get up from his bed and lay down on the floor instead
Izuku could heard knocking on his door and his friends calling him to open the door. But Izuku ignored them and decide to get some sleep instead. He still not ready to face them yet
Izuku then close his eyes but can still heard his friends calling for him. Izuku tries to ignore them, he ignore them, he ignore them, he ignore them. Then suddenly, his friends voice disappear. Confused, Izuku open his eyes. When Izuku open his eyes, he is now in front of a hotel. A place and time that both the best and worst time of his career. The day Izuku kill Shigaraki Tomura

10 days after World War 3 is over, Shigaraki is still on the loose. Last we heard of his whereabouts is somewhere in Shanghai
"We have his number. You want me to call him?" Yuri ask
"No, I'll call him myself" Izuku said as he grab his phone and dial the number
"Who's this?" Shigaraki answer the call
"Your personal Grim Reaper. I'm coming for you, Shigaraki" Izuku said angrily
"Haven't you heard, Midoriya? They say the war is over" Shigaraki said
"My war ends with you" Izuku claim
"Like it ended for First Lieutenant Nakamura? Tell me, Midoriya, how long did it take him to die?" Shigaraki ask mockingly making izuku to gritted his teeth in anger
"I've destroyed your world piece by piece. It's only a matter of time until I found you" Shigaraki said
"You won't wave to look far" Izuku reply before hang up the call. He look at Yuri who has the same ager as he is "It's just the two of us" Izuku said
"It'll be more then enough" Yuri claim
"Good, get ready" Izuku reply

Izuku and Yuri are driving a JLTV heading directly toward the hotel where Shigaraki is believed to be. Suddenly, their JLTV receive hot lead from many direction
"Looks like they know we're here" Yuri said
"No shit" Izuku reply as he drive the JLTV away from enemy fire "Shogun, what's the sitep on that hotel?" Izuku ask
"We've tapped into their security feed. Shigaraki's on the atrium on the top floor" Shogun reply
"This is it. Shigaraki doesn't leave that building alive" Izuku said as he ram the JLTV through a barrier before stopping
"Get ready" Izuku said as he grab his machine gun and cock it. Izuku and Yuri look at each other "This is for Kei and Roach" Izuku claim
"And everyone else who lost their live" Yuri added
They both then exit the JLTV and open fire at the Shigaraki's men
"We got their attention. More responders will be coming any moment" Izuku said as he and Yuri push forward
Multiple SUV moving to Izuku's and Yuri's position at a fast rate "Here they come, right on schedule" Izuku said looking at the approaching SUV "Shoot the cars!" Izuku ordered then he and Yuri fire shoot the SUVs
"Shigaraki's got a small army in there" Yuri said as he shoot down the enemy
"It won't help him" Izuku reply "Shogun, take control of the lifts so he can't escape" Izuku said as they approach the hotel
"We're on it" Shogun reply
As they reach the front of the hotel more SUVs coming at them
"Go loud!" Izuku ordered then shoot the SUVs
"RPGs! Second floor!" Yuri said as he see multiple enemy preparing their RPGs. Izuku then shoot the enemy before they able to launch the RPGs
"Shogun, where's Shigaraki?" Izuku ask
"Delta 9-1, Shigaraki's still on the atrium, but he's on the move" Shogun answer
"Don't lose him! We're almost there!" Izuku said as he and Yuri enter the hotel lobby "Up the escalator!" Izuku ordered then the two of them move to the escalator
"Hostile above!" Yuri yell before he shoot the enemy
"Shogun, we need control of those lifts!" Izuku yell
"We've almost got it, 9-1. Stand by" Shogun reply
"Push forward!" Izuku yell as they reach the second floor and keep shooting enemy that stand in their way
"Ok, Delta 9-1, Shogun actual. We've got control of the elevators. Sending them down to your floor" Shogun inform
Izuku and Yuri continue to push forward before reaching the lift
"The lift's up ahead!" Izuku yell before they both going inside the lift. Inside the lift, Izuku and Yuri reload their guns
"Shigaraki's moved to the restaurant, same floor. He's got a large security detail with him, Delta" Shogun inform as the lift go up
"What kind of opposition is waiting for us?" Izuku ask as he reload his MG
"Forty plus foot mobiles. SMGs and assault rifles. Class D's and E's quirk" Shogun answer when two helicopter fly toward the hotel "Be advised, enemy chopper closing on your position" Shogun inform
"One is heading for the roof, probably going for Shigaraki" Izuku said as he see one chopper ascending
"What we do?" Yuri ask
"Shoot it down!" Izuku ordered to shot down the one chopper that trying to attack them "Keep firing!" Izuku yell as he and Yuri emptied their magazine
The two of them keep on shooting until the chopper catch on fire "Good shot!" Izuku complemented when the chopper spiraling out of control and falling toward them
"Look out!" Izuku yell
"Blyat!" Yuri yell when the chopper hit the top of the lift and makes the elevator to shake violently and starting to fall down
"Shogun, we need another lift!" Izuku said after he get up
"Copy, on it's way" Shogun reply when suddenly the lift start to fall down
"This thing won't hold much longer" Yuri said looking at the lift condition when another lift arrive beside them
Izuku see the other lift then shoot it's glass before yelling "Jump!" Then he and Yuri jump to the next lift just in time before their lift fall down
"Shigaraki's chopper just touch down, Delta! He's heading there now!" Shogun inform as the lift goes up
"He's not getting away!" Izuku yell
"Be careful, 9-1. They're setting up barricades" Shogun inform
The lift then reach the top floor, when the doors open Yuri grab a grenade then toss it outside "Frag out!" Yuri yell before he run outside
"Watch yourself, Yuri! Aggressive, not reckless!" Izuku reminded Yuri before moving inside the atrium
"Delta 9-1, Multiple threats to your right" Shogun inform
"Keep pressing! We've almost got him!" Izuku yell as he shoot down the enemy and push forward in rapid pace
Izuku and Yuri move to a casino room shooting any enemy in their way "We can't let him escape!" Izuku yell before he slam an enemy to the wall then headshot him
"9-1, you're almost at the restaurant" Shogun inform as Izuku and Yuri move to the bar room. Inside they found heavy enemy resistance but they don't give a shit, they keep pushing forward
"He's still in the restaurant, 9-1. You almost got him!" Shogun inform as Izuku and Yuri enter the restaurant
"There he is!" Izuku yell in anger as he see Shigaraki inside the restaurant and trying to escape
"Watch out for that chopper, Delta 9-1" Shogun warned as a chopper circle the outside of the hotel
"Rockets!" Yuri yell but unfortunately Izuku is hit and fly backward before landing with his back
The helicopter continue to fire the rockets and one of the rockets hit the pillars making the entire floor and roof collapse
Izuku then skid to the outside but luckily manage to grab to a metal rebar stopping him from falling. When he climb up he see Yuri is down in the floor with a rebar piercing his chest
"Yuri..." Izuku said stunned by his condition
"Leave me...don't let him get away...arggg..." Yuri grumble weakly
"Delta 9-1, Shigaraki's heading for the roof. He's making his escape" Shogun inform then Izuku run to the roof
"Which way to the roof?!" Izuku yell
"Dead ahead, stairs heading up. Keep moving" Shogun said as Izuku climb up the stairs
"Get back here! You son of a bitch!" Izuku yell as he enter the roof and see Shigaraki already inside the chopper and it's now taking off
The chopper took off but Izuku jump and grab the helicopter's skids before climbing up to the cockpit. The pilot try to kicked Izuku, but Izuku block the kick then punch him before throwing him out of the chopper
The co-pilot try to shoot Izuku, but Izuku counter the it making the bullet hit the control panel of the chopper. Izuku deploy his retractable blade then stab the co-pilot in the neck before pushing him out then take control of the spiraling chopper. Izuku try to control the spiraling chopper but unfortunately the chopper crash back to the roof

Izuku wakes up dizzily looking at his own reflection in the glass roof where he landed before looking up and see the burned out chopper. Izuku sigh before looking at his radar and see something surprising. Just then, Shigaraki walk out of the chopper heavily injured
Izuku see his pistol a few meters from him then try to crawl his way to the gun but Shigaraki also walking wobbly to the gun as well. Izuku manage to get the gun first but Shigaraki stamps his hand before he grab the gun the aim it at Izuku's face
"Goodbye, Izuku Midoriya" Shigaraki said preparing to kill Izuku
But before Shigaraki had the chance he was shot by a dizzy and wobbly Yuri. However, Shigaraki shoot Yuri multiple times, effectively killing Yuri
Izuku see his last teammates being killed in front of him and he got enraged. Izuku then get up and jump to Shigaraki before punching him a few times. Shigaraki tries to use his decay quirk on Izuku, but Izuku grab Shigaraki's wrists
"You won't win! You lose! This world is destroyed!" Shigaraki yell with a bloody nose and lips
"And we will rebuilt it again. Just with out you" Izuku reply then he shove both Shigaraki's hand right to his face, decaying his own face
"AAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGG!!!" Shigaraki scream in pain as he tries to remove his hands to no success. Izuku's strenght combine with his exosuit outpower Shigaraki's
"Eat your own fucking desease!" Izuku yell angrily as Shigaraki's face slowly reduced to dust. Izuku then release Shigaraki's wrist and Shigaraki's face is barely reassemble a face and he only muffled some strange noise from his mouth
Izuku grab a steel cable that connected to the downed chopper then wrapped it around Shigaraki's neck then strangle him with it "Tell the demons when you meet them. I send my regard" Izuku then slam Shigaraki's head to the glass roof shattering it making both Izuku and Shigaraki to fall down. Izuku fall and land to the atrium meanwhile Shigaraki is hanged by the steel cable instantly killing him
Izuku stare at Shigaraki's dead body for a while before dragging himself to lean on a wall and tries to control his breathing
"Delta 9-1, Shogun actual. Do you copy?" Shogun ask
"Shogun... H... HVT... el... eliminated..." Izuku said tiredly and weakly
"Understood. Exfil is on the way" Shogun reply "What about Commander Yuri?" Shogun ask
"Get... cassevac..." Izuku weakly reply
"...understood..." Shogun reply
Izuku then close his eyes as he slowly drift away from his conscience. In the end of the war, Izuku is the only survivor of his unit. He lived, they died. He lost his bestfriend who was like his own brother to him. He lost his teammates who was his own brothers in arms. This cruel reality will haunt him forever

"Knock! Knock! Knock!" Izuku heard a knocking noise and open his eyes, he get up from the floor and walk to the door. Before he open the door he see 2 dots on the other side of the door. Izuku sigh, but then open the door and see Uraraka and Eri standing there with a sad expression
"Hey..." Uraraka said timidly
"Dad..." Eri said nervously
Izuku stare the two girls for a while "Get in" He said, then the girls get inside his room. They then standing facing each other "About what happen earlier..." Izuku said
"We tried to get to you, but you won't open your door" Uraraka said
"I was sleeping" Izuku reply
"Bakugou almost blow up your door" Eri claim
"If he did, I will kill him. For real this time" Izuku said sighing
"I believe you, dad" Eri said
"Me too" Uraraka agree
Izuku look at the clock and see it was 10 o'clock night "Eri get on the bed and get a sleep" Izuku ordered
"But I-" Eri tries to refuse until she sees Izuku's tired and kind of broken expression "Okay..." Eri comply as she doesn't want to make his dad sad or suffers by her behavior
Eri get on Izuku's bed while Izuku and Uraraka watch her fell a sleep "Night, dad" Eri said
"Night" Izuku kiss Eri's forehead
"Night, mom" Eri said
"Night, sweetie" Uraraka also kiss Eri's forehead
A few minutes later Eri is asleep. Izuku then look at Uraraka with a deep look
"What's wrong?" Uraraka ask
"'mom' eh?" Izuku ask
Uraraka blush and play with her hair "Yeah. She finally sees me as her mother" She said "I'm sorry if you are uncomfortable" Uraraka apologize
"I never said I don't like it" Izuku claim before he look at Eri "It only makes me happy since at least she's not entirely alone when I'm away" Izuku said
"She's never alone, Izuku. Never" Uraraka claim
"Yeah..." Izuku said rather sadly
"How are you?" Uraraka ask softly
"I..." Izuku unable to say anything
Uraraka grab Izuku's hand and tries to make it to caress her face. Izuku stop his hand just before it touch her face
"No..." Izuku shake his head slightly
"Why?" Uraraka ask, genuinely worried
"I don't want to hurt you with my rough scarred hand" Izuku said rather afraid
Uraraka shake her head and make Izuku's hand to touch her cheek. Izuku could feel her soft and slightly cubby cheek "I know your hands have hurt and kill so many people. But they won't hurt me" Uraraka claim as she continue to feel Izuku's hand
"How do you know?" Izuku ask
"Because you won't let them" Uraraka reply softly
"...I hurt Kirishima earlier" Izuku said dejectedly
"You make a mistake. Everyone make mistakes" Uraraka reassure
"...Mina is mad at me" Izuku said
"She also make a mistake, and she regretted it. She want to apologize badly, but won't open your door" Uraraka said. She grab both Izuku's hands "The past 6 months is hard for all of us. But some of us blame you for bringing us this unfortunate situation. For that, we are sorry" Uraraka said softly
Izuku look down with a deep though before looking at Uraraka "I go down to the deepest part of hell. Spend 6 months killing demons down there" Izuku claim
"And now you're here, out from that hell" Uraraka told him
"Not entirely..." Izuku said walking away from Uraraka "I maybe up here, but some part of me are still down there, refusing to come up" He said with a broken tone
Uraraka look at Izuku sadly, the boy who matter the most in her life is in so much pain "If you want to quit, then-" Uraraka is cut by Izuku
"No, you don't understand. I don't want to quit. I don't want to stop" Izuku corrected before looking at Uraraka with a broken expression "To be honest, I don't know if I could stop" He said
Uraraka look confuse, she grab Izuku's hands "What do you mean? You can't stop what?" She ask confuse
"Fighting. All my life, ever since I was born... I always fight. I fight, I fight, I fight, I fight, all the time. I mean; USJ, I fight. Sport festival, I fight. Hosu, I fight. Summer camp, I fight. Kamino, I fight. Provisional licenses, I fight. Hassaikai, I fight. Joint class battle, I fight. Liberation war, I fight. World War 3, I fight. I... I don't know if I could stop fighting... and I don't know if I could live without fighting..." Izuku explain with a broken expression
Uraraka is confused and surprised. From the past 6 months she learned that most, if not all soldiers that have fought in a war will chose to stay away from fighting ever again. But Izuku is different, instead of stop fighting, he want to continue fighting because he can't stop. He's a soldier without war, confused of a civilian life
"I know this sounds stupid, but... I found peace in violence..." Izuku then smile sadly "It's kind of ironic. I fought for peace, and now I'm suffering because of it" He said trembling
Uraraka look sadly and in pity of the boy she loved being hurt so much. She then gather every courage she have and lean forwards towards Izuku's face
"Urar-" Izuku is cut by Uraraka kissing him in the lips. The kiss only lasted a few seconds, before Uraraka pull back and look at Izuku with a genuine smile
"The war's over, Izuku. You can rest now" Uraraka said softly
Those words, those words suddenly make whatever restless feeling inside Izuku to disappear. He can rest. No, he need to rest. To enjoy the peace he fought so hard to achieved. To enjoy the time with those he love
Izuku approach Uraraka and caress her face before closing in on her face. The two now face-to-face with each other and can feel each other breath. Izuku move his lips closer to Uraraka's. Uraraka also move her lips closer
"May I?" Izuku ask just before he kisses her
Uraraka smile "Permission granted"
Izuku smile fondly "Yes, ma'am" He then kiss Uraraka softly, Uraraka close her eyes as she enjoyed the kiss. At first the kiss was soft, but then it became a passionate kiss. The two kiss for a solid 20 seconds before they pulled away, gasping for air, though still wanting more. They stare at each other lovingly, the kiss was just right for the two of them
Izuku and Uraraka lean their heads against each other. The two about to kiss again when they hear a groan. They then look at Eri who groan before rolling to her side. The two look at each other before chuckling
"Let's get some sleep" Izuku said
"Yeah" Uraraka agree as she climb Izuku's bed
Izuku stare at his bed for a second, thinking that he still uneasy with the comfortable bed. He look at Eri and Uraraka that already laying down on his bed 'For the two of them' Izuku thought before he climb to his bed
10 minutes later
Izuku is still awake, he look to his left and see Eri sleeping. He look to his right and see Uraraka using his right arm as a body pillow. Izuku smile fondly at the two girls beside him. He take a deep breath then exhale it slowly as he slowly close his eyes. After a few minutes, Izuku finally fell a sleep. After 6 months experiencing death and destruction, Izuku Midoriya finally rest
