[ 5 years later]
Today's date is December 8, 2006.
Today's the day I debut my first song.
At first, my mother was very cautious of me because she knew I had something to do with his death, but she never asked aloud.
Then I had put some of my plans on hold for a year because Jacob only needed another year to get his master's degree. He also decided he wanted to attend Howard University.
Step 2 consists of putting my first song on youtube, create my own record label and get famous in simpler terms. A few I was thinking of what stage name to use and deiced to 'Elliot Black' and decided to name my debut song 'beautiful'.
I decided I wouldn't make a fast-paced official video like Katy Perry or Black-eyed peas used to do and decided to do something slow-paced like john legend or NF.
I bought all the necessary lighting, soundproof walls, and hired some people. I sat on the stool of the piano and played a few keys to getting warmed up and then nodded my head to the cameraman to start recording.
Aren't you beautiful~
Aren't you lovely too~
You don't see it yet
But you will real soon~
I'll tell you every day
that you're beautiful.'

(Piano piece 'Because I miss you' by Emil Miati)
When I was done I spent over 6,000 dollars to advertise the song. All that was left was to wait
(Multiple pov's)
"Hey, did you hear about that 12-year old singer"
"I don't know I'm kinda 50/50 about it."
"I mean Micheal Jackson was really good at a young age."
"MJ is weird haven't you seen on the news little boys coming over to his house and shit, not just a coincidence."
"Not the point let's just try the song."
.....
"It's actually good."

That was the type of mindset everyone had.
A new young artist trying to find his way so it wouldn't hurt to hear the song.
The music video had over 162,000 views already and constantly growing. I got multiple records calling asking if I signed with one yet and I would just say "I have"
I had Jacob buy a 10-story building. I'm naming it 'People's Music' and planning to make it as big as 'Republic records or Universal Music'
The goal today while the building was undergoing renovation was to get a CEO for the building and I had just 1 perfect person for the job in my mind.
My target is 27-year old Roger Richards newly fired from his job. I met back in 2023 at a bar when we were both drunk and he told me ever since this day he had been going from job to job and his life just started to crumble. After that day at the bar, Roger and I became really good friends so I thought why not help him out a bit now.
"Fordsworth apartments building 3 door 231." I said while looking down at the piece of paper in my hand and back at the poor that had the number 231.
"Go ahead Jacob" I said.
I brought him along as well because he will do most of the talking and Roger will most likely listen to a 24y.o more than a 12y.o
Jacob knocked on the door and we silently waited for the door to open. After a few minutes a caucasian man with a scruffy beard, green eyes, and brown eyes opened the door.
"Roger Richards?" Jacob asked.
"Yes?" He replied.
"I-"
"Aw man I'm being served ain't I" He interrupted and attempted to close the door.
Jacob put his foot in between the door and said " Actually I heard you used to work for Sony Music I would like to offer you a job."Jacob said quickly.
