The area around the town's gate was currently in a disturbance. Mortals whisper while cultivators were chatting blatantly.
"Halt! You can't go in with that beast." A young guard stood out, using his spear to stop Zhu Dingxiang when it was his turn for him to enter the town.
At this time, a man dressed in light red armor walked up to Zhu Dingxiang; the man cupped his hands and bowed in respect.
"Greeting esteemed cultivator! I'm the Captain responsible for guarding the city wall." The gate captain's voice was filled with respect when he introduced himself.
"Oho...So Captain, can I enter the town with my spiritual beast?" Zhu Dingxiang asked the gate captain while smile slightly. His smile bewitched everyone in the crowd, be it mortal or cultivators alike; they couldn't help but be mesmerized.
For a while, the gate captain was in a trance.

"I can vouch for him!" The voice of a woman suddenly sounded from behind Zhu Dingxiang.

"Looks, it's the young miss of the Qiao family. I thought she was out training to gain experiences?"
"Does she know this man? They seem to be familiar with each other."
"Interesting, wasn't the young master of the Wei family trying to court her?"
"So it's young miss Qiao! Please, if you already said so, then I shall not get in the way any longer." The gate Captain said in a happy tone since someone influential in the town was willing to vouch for this mysterious man. Whatever happened later wouldn't be his fault.
"Sir, welcome to Blue Lake Town!" The gate Captain said as he gets out of the way.

"It's nothing worth mentioning, brother Dingxiang. If you have said that you were a doctor, then they wouldn't make it too difficult for you."
"Ah, indeed." He nodded and agreed with her.
