The metal shutter was like a block of ice as it quickly melted under Kana's flame. "Come on, let's go."
Mary was shocked at how quickly they broke through the metal shutter, which was designed to block the enemy from raiding their base. But as they turned the corner, a group of soldiers was already making their way towards them. "There they are! Kill the traitor and capture the prisoner!"
"Oh? Not even trying to hide the fact that you are keeping me, prisoner, anymore?" Kana sneered as she charged forward into the group of soldiers. With Aoi behind her blasting those she could not currently reach with thin blades of water, Kana used her tail and claws to slice through anyone in her way. The whole hall was quickly filled with the scent of blood. Even Kana was unable to dodge the blood that splattered on her body. Nor did she have time to even think about it as she yelled: "Mary let's go!"
