"Even if I am not afraid of heights, this is still scary!" Kana looked down at her destination and shivered.
Although she felt a little bit of fear well up inside her, she still dug her claws into the mountain side and prepared to make her decent. "Here goes nothing!"
Edging out past the ledge she was on, Kana took a deep breath and slowly began her descent down the cliff face. She kept her body flat against the surface of the cliff and dug her claws in deep, slowly making her way to the nearest ledge. "I feel like a snail… Why is it that this is taking so long!"
Her climb to the nearest ledge felt as if she was moving slower than time itself. What was worse was every so often, a gust of wind would rush up the mountain, almost knocking her clear off the wall. "I swear if anyone ever invites me to go mountain climbing after this, they will get a tail in the face. I will whip them so good their own mothers won't even be able to recognize them. The only good thing about this is that I would rather do this than spend all day searching for food or hiding from unsavory people. Those days were no fun. Humans are truly rotten to the core. I have no idea how many times I was almost sold off, beaten, or spat on by those assholes. I guess I was lucky to even escape from any of those situations. But I know a few who did not… It was good most thought I was ten years old compared to my actual age. Because if they knew I was sixteen, then I shiver at the thought of what would have happened to me.
" Maybe this is actually heaven, and where I came from was hell… But if that was the case, I do not think I would be stuck to a damn wall! Oh! Almost there!" Kana yelled happily as she saw she was close to the next ledge. It was much smaller than the one she was on before.
"And off!" Kana finally reached the next ledge, pushed off the wall, spun her body mid-air, and landed on her hind legs. She put her left paw on her hip and gave a V sign with her right claws while winking… It was a strange pose indeed.
*Sniff!* *Sniff!*
*Sniff!* *Sniff!*
"I smell something sweet..." Kana looked around her and saw a bunch of bushes growing by the cliffside. On said bushes were large round rainbow-colored fruits that smelled very sweet to Kana. "Hmmm… I have no idea if you are poisonous or not, but I guess I can give you a try."
Kana stood up on her hind legs and tried to reach the fruit, but sadly she was too small. "Uhg! Why is it so high! What if I try balancing on my tail and then…. Ahhh!"
Kana had shifted her weight to her tail and tried to balance, giving her just enough height to barely touch the rainbow fruit, but as she tried to stretch a little further to get ahold of it, she lost her balance. Unfortunately for her, she didn't realize the bush covered a small hidden cave about twice the size of herself. The worst part was the entrance was not flat but instead, a steep incline leading down. Kana toppled over and tumbled down the steep slope, smacking into many rocks and the walls on each side. "Ouch! Ow! Damn it! I think I just felt something go up my butt!"
After tumbling for a while, Kana finally reached the bottom with a loud thud. Aching all over, Kana slowly got up and checked her limbs. "Luckily, nothing is broken. It also doesn't seem like I got any cuts or scrapes. Out of everything my butt hurts the most!"
Kana looked down at her rear end and… "There is a fucking rock in my ass! No wonder I felt something funny. To think my little lizard anal virginity was stolen by a damn rock. Now that I'm looking, it does look like I am a girl… wait, that is beside the point here, how the hell am I gonna get this out!?"
The poor little lizard girl reached down and, with great effort, freed herself from her predicament. She stood up, clenched her cheeks, and sighed a breath of relief. "Thank god it is not broken. To think my first day in a new world and I already lost one of my two virginities, to a rock of all things… As long as no one saw it, I can still get married, right?"
Shaking her body to get all the dust off, Kana finally took a look around at her surroundings. The dark, dim cave did not have a single bit of moisture in it. Just a large cavern with a deep dark drop off into the black abyss below. Beyond this drop off was another area of the cave with an ancient wooden bridge that did not look very safe connecting the two areas. But none of this is what caught Kana's eye the most; it was the large temple carved out of cave rock that sat in the other part of the cave.
"Why do I feel like something is calling me and telling me to enter that temple?" Kana stared hard at the temple before shaking her head. "Fuck that, probably a ghost or a ghost or a ghost or something that will try to eat me. My little lizard body isn't for you to try to eat! Now then, let's try to climb back up and continue my climb down the mountain!"
