As John's body slumps down limply, you turn away, thinking it's over, but hear something that reminds you of mac and cheese. You stop, shifting your gaze to the source- John's body. As you stare at it you begin to see numerous things squirming beneath his skin, with the outline indicating oversized maggots or worms.
The corpse begins to swell, and expands, the skin seemingly about to burst, until the creatures finally break out, landing in a disgusting, squirming pile of oversized maggots. As you look at it in disgust, the maggots begin to converge and fuse together, producing sounds that'd make anyone vomit. The results of this fusion shows a vortex of brownish red tentacles and maggots, and as you gaze upon this monster, your mind begins to break down.
