Going to the rocky part of the mountain, Oswald found a cave he never saw before. A smell he found in dire quantity in the forest but dominant in the cave. He ventured inside before encountering a bear, hibernating. Because he attacked the animal in its sleep, he could eat until morning. The bear's skin was way too damaged to be kept as a quality leather.

He slowed down his eating pace as much as possible, willing to protect Revel despite the fact six of its villagers died because of him.

The blood in his veins was pumping so hard its temperature rose, it was impossible to calm down.

While he started to consume the bones, he thought. 'It wasn't much of an opponent.' Mixing the few memories he had of Dariel and the bear, devoid of speech but wide-shouldered.
