Oswald used the most desert road to get to the river. He was covered in black blood and the stench invaded his nose. Added to the scorching sensation from the inside of his throat, he knew he couldn't hold any time longer if he was to let the sensation invade his mind.
Even though a few people saw him on his way, he couldn't hear them as he was focusing hard to walk straight.
He entered the river and let his body sink, the few pieces of armor on his body were heavy enough for him to not use any strength to get to the bottom.
It was only a meter deep, but the inner fight he had was more than difficult to control.
He was arguing with Risandro.
'My friends, they betrayed me...'
'They are the real monsters! Those things that created you! You were part of it all, you embraced their moral values and principles!' He replied, tearing apart his neck with his claws.
