Oswald spat on his friend's face once he was sure no one was looking. He didn't know if the sleeping charm in the witch's saliva could make him fall asleep, all he knew was he could transmit it, so he carefully aimed for the top of the face to not risk a contamination. He couldn't entrust every of his weapons.
The little bit of light refraction died in Laurel's eyes as the boy ceased to shake and fell asleep. Oswald left his side only when the boy started snoring loudly.
He went to finish his meal with Tom and told him everything that happened on the battlefield, excepted about Laurel's condition.
"That's crazy." Tom said, licking the bottom of his bowl. He inspected Oswald's hands and crowded teeth, he was a little disgusted. At first Oswald looked leaner, manly, but now the little changes had him look like one of the savage person you'd found roaming wildly in the woods.
