Chapter 7 - 7

It all happened so fast it felt as if I breathed threw the two months of planing. I couldn't get my thoughts straight Calum was asking about preparations, The cooks asked about food, Maids asked about flowers. My world was turned upside-down by one word. I managed to get to my room in one piece. sitting on my bed face in my hands. "why can't this shit show be over?" I said earnings a chuckle from my boys. "mom come on you tell us we tell them." Aron said sitting by me. "tell the cooks chicken and fish. Tell the maids red and white roses. I will deal with Calum." I said knowing the boys will take care of everything. a knock came to the door "Iris its time for your fitting." Mrs.Fitz said coming in with maids. I was stripped and scrubbed. the corset was a bit snug and was not happy about it. (the dress looked like Clair's without the grey it was white and blue.) looking in the mirror I was shocked. I couldn't fathom that was me I looked like a bride. "It fits like a glove and soon you will be walking into the grate hall with it on. You will wed infront of the whole clan and you will be one of us. " Mrs.Fitz cood out of joy. "I still can't believe this is happening." I said unable to look away from the mirror. "Don't worry about a thing lass. You are marrying a good man and It has been a long time since he smiled like that. I have no doubt he will treat you well. Your boys will have a father to teach them how to be men. Give it a chance you never know what you will find" Mrs.Fitz said before taking the dress for alterations. With a sigh I go visit Calum who was asking about seating and music. Then he asked about the games. This made me laugh because of the simplicity of it. The groom and other men of the clan will complete in a game of the brides choice. "A hunt for something I hid somewhere on the grounds." Calum laughs saying its been a while since that was chosen. "Alright all is set but a date you and Murtagh need to give me that answer "with that said he sent me on my way.
