The wind exploded as two overlapping whirlwinds swirled around the dark blue werewolf dashing madly.
Yeshua and the AI unleashed two Wind Dash abilities simultaneously. The overlaying of two blue cloaking whirlwinds created a blue apparition of a werewolf covering the body of the dark blue werewolf.
His wolf mane waving wildly, the wolf Yeshua dashed swiftly leaving imprints of blue afterimages in the air. Explosive sounds followed after the imprinted images of a werewolf faded slowly while the wind violently swirled around scattering dust in the surroundings.
At first, the strength of the Level 2 spirit beast allowed it to shorten the distance between them even if Yeshua used his best to run from it.
Unlike Level 1s that could only have a control radius within 10 meters, the range of control that a Level 2 could exert their power was more than 30 meters, and before Yeshua used his Double Release, he was within the range where the beast could influence the spirit particles in the surroundings.
However, after using the Double Release, Yeshua's speed doubled and allowed him to increase his distance from the Champion Rank spirit beast. Though the power that was obstructing him to gather the spirit particles weakened his ability, the double speed granted him a chance to escape from the furious beast.
Yeshua did not waste the limited time he had to use his unique ability. He just ran madly without looking back if the Champion Rank spirit beast was still there.
Yeshua thought that this was the fastest he could go at the moment and if he could not escape the pursuit of the Level 2 spirit beast, then he would be forced to use his Blood Rage ability again, but this time, not to fight but to run!
Yeshua just concentrated on the only thing he could do at this moment and that was to run! He should run faster or he would die!
The overbearing strength weighing down on Yeshua lessened as the distance between him and the Champion Rank spirit beast increased.
However, after just running for a couple of seconds, Yeshua suddenly felt something hurling towards him. It was very fast, and the only thing Yeshua could do before it hit him was to do a sudden roll to his side!

Dust scattering and wind madly swirling, a deafening sound reverberated in the surroundings while the grassy ground was cracked from the violent attack that hit it.
The wolf Yeshua who did his best to dodge saw the thing that was thrown at him. It was an uprooted redwood tree!
"What the! It can even uproot redwood trees! These trees are known to have deep roots! The strength of this spirit beast is horrifying!"
Because of the sudden attack, Yeshua could not help but stop and look at the culprit of his predicament.
From a distance, the Champion Rank spirit beast also stopped running. In this split second, Yeshua saw the identity of the horror he was trying to escape.
The giant was standing tall at more than 3 meters. It had dark green skin covering its bulky rock hard body while it was tattooed with natural glyphs in the shade of brown. Its rocky bald head gleamed in the morning sun as it ferociously bared its vicious long lower fangs. Its furious blood-red eyes glared at the werewolf who massacred its tribesmen.
After seeing the Champion Rank spirit beast that was pursuing him, Yeshua's body trembled while he could not stop blurting with a shaky voice, "B-boulder Orc!"
Before the wolf Yeshua could complete his thoughts, the Level 2 Boulder Orc furiously roared!
Rooooooar!
It then hunched its giant body and with an explosion of the air, it charged madly towards Yeshua!
Seeing the mad green giant quickly charging and bulldozing everything on its path, Yeshua did not think anymore and continued his desperate escape!
However, seeing the speed of Yeshua, the Boulder Orc uprooted another tree and hurled it again to the escaping werewolf. Feeling the incoming tree speeding to him like a meteorite, Yeshua rolled to his side again.
Bang!
Dust and debris splashed around covering the vision of Yeshua, but before he could completely raise his body, he felt another thing hurling towards him.
Bang!
Another cloud of dust and a deafening sound was produced while a rolling dark blue werewolf burst out from the floating dust.
However, despite just evading an attack, the wolf Yeshua did not stop and rolled to his side as another speeding tree was slamming to him!
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Then, one after another, hurling bulky leafy spears rained down on Yeshua, and the only thing he could do was to evade them desperately!
The Level 2 Boulder Orc did not want Yeshua to escape, so even if Yeshua was almost out of its range of control, it continued to uproot trees and throw them at Yeshua to obstruct him from escaping.
Yeshua frantically evaded the speeding redwood trees as he madly dashed away from the furious beast that would definitely kill him.
However, as the hurling of red thick spears continued to hinder Yeshua, the direction of his escape also changed.
Yeshua was running in the direction of the Red Wood City, but because he was hastily dodging the trees suddenly crashing on him, he did not have a choice and veered from his intended direction of escape.
Even if he deviated from the direction of the city, Yeshua still tried his best to run towards the Red Wood City.
However, the thrown trees not only changed Yeshua's direction of escape, but they also slowed him down and the distance between him and the Champion Rank spirit beast shortened again.
Then suddenly, the grassy ground in front of Yeshua exploded as a tall earthen wall blocked his way!
The distance between Yeshua and the Level 2 beast shortened enough that the furious beast was able to use an ability to stop Yeshua.
The wolf Yeshua did not have a choice but to stop at the sudden appearance of the wall made of soil and rock.
Looking back, Yeshua saw the green giant was swiftly charging while bashing the trees obstructing its path. It wanted to reach Yeshua who was blocked by its Ground Wall.
Looking at the earthen wall, Yeshua thought, "With its height, I won't be able to climb over it before that green hulk reaches me." Looking at his sides, Yeshua then decided to run around the earthen wall.
Because he ran on the side of the wall, the distance between Yeshua and the Level 2 spirit beast further lessened. Yeshua's wolf body trembled from dread as he felt the nearing presence of the green monster.
Yeshua continued to run madly on the side of the wall and eventually reach the end of it. However, before he could cross the wall, another earthen wall blocked him.
Yeshua was frustrated but he did not have time to stop. He continued to run while the Boulder Orc continued to shorten its distance from him. It was even not contented with using its Ground Wall as it also threw uprooted redwood trees to the wolf Yeshua.
Running madly and desperately dodging, Yeshua continued to veer away from his escape.
Then, the shower of trees falling on Yeshua's head stopped. Though he was confused, he did not stop and take advantage of it to swiftly run away from the beast pursuing him.
However, although the hurling trees stopped, Yeshua suddenly felt a different thing speedily falling on him. His senses felt its massive size and a force weighing down on him forced him to look back.
After looking back, Yeshua was utterly shocked by what he saw. It was not just big but also very long!
"The heck! These green giants really like to throw their big things!" Yeshua blurted as he saw a Boulder Club hurling towards him.
The gravitational force coming from the Boulder Club was a league above the force Yeshua felt from the first forest orc that he encountered. It bore down on Yeshua and slowed him down significantly. The desperate escape of Yeshua became more fraught with danger.
Boom!
The speeding boulder crashed to the dark blue werewolf and destroyed the grassy ground creating a resounding explosion and a cloud of dust!
However, a second later, another dark blue werewolf burst from the dust cloud. Yeshua did his best and used all his abilities to escape from that devastating attack!
Though disoriented from the remnant force that impacted him, Yeshua did not stop running since he knew that he would die if the furious beast completely reached him.
Blood trickling from his maw, the wolf Yeshua pushed himself for a chance of survival!
Then, from a distance, Yeshua suddenly noticed a cave. The opening of the cave was small and Yeshua felt that even he could barely fit his body in it.
"My Double Release ability is about to end. My distance to that green beast also continues to decrease. If I escape in the direction of the city, there's a high chance that this Level 2 beast will reach me. I don't know what's in that cave, but it might be my only chance of escape!"
Without further thinking about it, Yeshua ran towards the direction of the cave. Amidst the dust and debris floating in the surroundings, a dashing blue silhouette could be seen.
Leaving imprints of blue images in the wind, the wolf Yeshua ran madly to his only hope in this desperate predicament.
Walls of rock and soil burst from the ground while red trees fell from the sky, but Yeshua evaded them and eventually reached the cave that he thought would save him.
However, before he completely entered the cave, a familiar weight burdened his wolf body. Another Boulder Club was hurled by the vicious beast!
