I got into bed and even though I was exhausted I started to work on one of my side projects that I was exited about I was going to renovate a villa next to mine incorporating traditional with technology, I was going to make it a so elders and teens alike will enjoy living there.
Right now I was trying to turn a traditional kitchen into a high tech one while keeping all the traditional features like the wood burning stove with a built in wok, a root cellar access I want to expand and turn half of it into a wine cellar I also wanted to make it water proof by giving it a cement walls and floors with a water barrier and drain.
One wall will be refrigeraters disguised as cabinets, I'm going to add a dry storage room, a chef's electric 8 range stove and two ovens, the cabinets will be in abundance along with the counter tops I'm going add grey and gold marble countertops with matching floors.
In expanding the kitchen I will have a breakfastnook with church pews for sitting.
I have asked a local furniture craftsman to make me a tables and chairs for the dinning room and breakfastnook.
I have made Shure all the work is to be done by local craftsmen from the stairs to the roofs and gardens.
It's a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a formal dinning room and sitting room, it has a den, library, and game room heated floors and a top of the line HVAC system, all electric and plumbing is up to date, and wired to have the Best of the best when it comes to anything that can be automatic and voice control.

Dad nodded in agreement with his statement.
I thought about it and said," fine my project will be done in 2 years if by that time we are both single then I will file our marriage certificate myself."
He looked at me and said,"file it this week, and in two years we will have the wedding ceremony."
I froze then frowned and asked," are you willing to not have mistress's and devote your sex life to me and only me? You do realize not working this hard just so I can have a marriage of convenience, I want the right to have love just like any normal person. I won't enter a marriage just because it's good for my business, do you even love me other than a sister way? I know I've thought of you a few times in a not so sisterly way, but I want mutual affection. "
He blushed and said, "I wouldn't have brought this up I didn't love you, you deserve the best and I feel I am the best. It won't be a marriage of convenience, I also know you like women also and I have no problem with you bring both male and females into our room. As long as you always come back to me."
I blushed and said,"I think you have me confused, yes I like women also, but if I'm in a relationship with somebody it's just me and them no outsiders included, I am very jealous lover I'm also protective of what's mine the moment that person steps out on me is the moment I drop them like a piece of trash on the roadside."
He nodded and said,"that's even better for me, I am the same way I don't like cheaters it's a sign of weakness, I am not weak."
Intrigued and interested I ask ed, " why does it have to be after my project? If you can get the wedding put together in 2 months three at the latest I will meet you down the aisle. And we will register a marriage certificate together, because to me a marriage is a partnership not a lordship where your the master and I'm the servant. We will be equal in all things you will have your money I will have mine and we will also have a joint household account that we will put 10,000 USD in every month it will cover all house hold expenses we will have a joint vacation account that we will each put an equal 20,000 USD in a its what we will use for a joint vacation that I insist on us taking three times a year, one with family, one with friends, and one just the two of us, I also want a rainy day account that is for each of us individually for medical expenses or any disaster that will come our way.
