I poise myself up, peeping to see who has shot her. The attacker catches a sight of me which warrant another shot. I pull back, resting on the gull while a gush of pants sips out of my mouth. I look over to Stella, it isn't obvious that she is bleeding because of the wet black shirt she's wearing, but definitely in pain. Her face is pale and dead with agony. I crawl to her, holding her head close to my body, "Stay with me, Stella." I plead with her in tear.
"Jer..." she grunts.
"Jeremy." she wails, "tell... him... I, I...Lo... I love him."
"Listen, Stella, you're gonna tell him that yourself. Ju...just stay, stay with me, please."
The rain of gunshots continue, the assassin's intention is to stop us from leaving. He is surely one of them, the one I haven't seen.
"I can't drive. He won't stop shooting at us." I whimper, angry at whoever is shooting.
"We...shit–" she is in so much pain than I am.
