My name is Azera Norl. People in the underground called me The Asura. I beat all my opponents from around the world with my fist. My father used to be a professional boxer, he taught me how to fight. His name is Leonard "The Black Jaguar" Norl. My mother is also an athlete, taekwondo master. Her rank was 9th Dan, 9th Degree Black Belt or people called it a Grandmaster. Her name is Iyona Millet then she stopped pursuing her dream and married my father. She also taught me how to fight. Since elementary school, I used to help my classmate from bullying, at one time I almost killed somebody because I was too furious. My parents scolded me for a whole day but they're also proud of me for what I did, justice is what they called it.
We moved often to a different country, right now, we live in Japan. We live a decent life even though my father is rich from his career as a professional boxer, but we all agreed to live a normal life. After my father's retirement from boxing, he opened a ramen restaurant not far from our house. Mother helped him to run the restaurant while I have to focus on my study in high school. We've been here for two years, I learned Japanese from my mother's sister who has been living in Japan since a decade ago. My white hair, yellow eyes, and white pale skin made me popular in school since my first year.
My aunt's name is Lisa Kurokawa, she married a Japanese man. They just married a year ago, and auntie is pregnant now. Auntie is 5 years younger than my mother. When I met my aunt and her husband, her husband gave me interesting information about the underground fighting here in Japan, it's called Dog's Cage. He's a big fan of my father and he told me that in secret. His name is Kazuhiro Kurokawa. He's a detective and a regular guest in there. He's a very nice and cool guy. He brought me there for the first time, and I fell in love with that place immediately. We often go there every Saturday night to watch a match.
I secretly registered myself and hid my identity by wearing a black mask to cover my mouth and half of my face while wearing a hoodie. I won the match easily. Uncle Hiro was surprised and panicked when he found out that it was me in the fight. I begged him to keep it a secret from my parents and so he agreed since it was a nice match and want to see more of it.
A year has passed. I immediately became famous in the Dog's Cage, and they called me The Asura since my fists are so powerful that can knock out my opponents no matter who they are. I went to school at day and go to the Dog's Cage at night every day. Uncle Hiro always accompanied me there and bet his money on me. Every time I won, Uncle Hiro always treated me to a feast. Sometimes my parents and aunt are suspicious of how close we are, but Uncle Hiro was good with his words to dodged their suspicion.
On the day after I became a second-year student, Uncle Hiro and Aunt Lisa came to school. My parents are dead. The cause is they've died from burns. The police investigated the cause and they said it was because the gas tank exploded and killed them both. After we checked my parent's dead bodies, I saw a stab wound to the heart on both of my parents' bodies. Uncle Hiro also thought that it was a murder and made the explosion a decoy. After the burial of both of my parents, Uncle Hiro came to me and the higher-ups said that the cause of death of my parents is pure because of an accident. I was angry and devastated. Uncle Hiro on his own investigated the incident, but a few days later he got a threat letter. It's said that if he keeps on investigating the incident, both his wife and his child will be in danger. He was desperate and I told him to stop investigating it. I pretend that I'm already let go of my parents' death. I don't want to put my uncle and aunt in danger because of it. They're my only family I have left.
Few months have passed. I live on my own, and I stopped going to Dog's Cage since I have to work at the ramen restaurant that my parents left for me. I promised myself that I will avenge my parents and find the culprit and make him beg on his knees.
