Marey's eyes flared up couldn't hold back her sadness with Dean's attitude hiding his pain.
"We can leave now. Jack's waiting for us at the front." said Dean after he finished taking the medicine and finished his tea.
Marey nodded her head then moved her wheelchair into the hall.
Dean attentively helped to push Marey's wheelchair into the courtyard of the house.
Seeing Dean and Marey already outside, Jack immediately helped Dean by opening the car door.
"Let me pick up Marey, Jack. You just put the wheelchair in the trunk." Said Dean as he lifted Marey and then put Marey into the car seat.
Immediately Jack carried out Dean's orders, then got back into the car.
"Shall we go to Doctor Chan now sir?" Jack asked after seeing Dean and Marey sitting quietly.
Dean nodded his head while holding Marey's cold hand.
"Your hands are cold, are you afraid of Marey?" Dean asked as he rubbed Marey's hand repeatedly so that Marey's hand warmed.
"I'm just afraid I can't walk anymore Dean. How can I take good care of you if I bother you myself?" said Marey with a sad look.
"What are you saying Marey, you just make me happy that's enough for me Marey. I want your love that's all." Said Dean with a smile that did not leave his eyes from Marey's eyes.
Marey's face flushed red at Dean's words without noticing that Jack was among them.
"Dean, after Doctor Chan we come back to my house. My parents come this afternoon." said Marey in a low voice.
"Let's go to the big house first, I'll tell my parents to come to your house and talk about our marriage." said Dean still holding Marey's hand.
"Isn't that too fast Dean?" Marey asked a little uneasily.
"You take it easy, don't worry. My parents just made sure of our marriage. When to get married we wait till you can walk." said Dean calming Marey's heart.
Marey was silent, her heart really couldn't get away from Dean's love and care.
"I can't say anything else Dean, you are so damn good to me." said Marey with tears in her eyes.
"Because I love you, and want to make you happy. Tell me you love me beautiful Marey too?" said Dean staring at Marey with a smile.
Marey swallowed her saliva, looking down at Jack.
"Tell Marey, let's pretend Jack isn't here." said Dean jokingly.
Marey lowered her face for a moment then looked up again.
"I love you Dean." said Marey with a flushed face.
"Say it again." said Dean with a smile.
"I love you Dean." said Marey with a full gaze.
"Thank you beautiful Marey." said Dean while kissing Marey's forehead with feeling.
Jack stared at Dean in the rearview mirror, relieved that his master had regained his love.
Not long after, Jack's car entered the yard of Doctor Chan's private doctor, Dean's practice.
"Mr. Dean we're here." said Jack as he stopped the car slowly.
"Thanks Jack. You wait here and don't go anywhere." Said Dean then opened the car door to help Marey.
Jack immediately got out of the car and took Marey's wheelchair in the trunk.
Attentively Dean lifted Marey's body and put her in the wheelchair.
"Thanks Dean." said Marey feeling embarrassed because she always bothered Dean.
"I don't want to thank Marey. We have to kiss my cheek now." Said Dean bringing his cheek closer to Marey's lips.
"There's Jack Dean! I'm embarrassed." whispered Marey with a red face.
"I said pretend Jack doesn't see us." Said Dean staying in his position with his cheek close to Marey's lips.
Holding back the embarrassment, Marey gave Dean a quick kiss on the cheek.
"Finally I got another kiss from the woman I love." said Dean laughing with a mischievous look.
"Enough, don't laugh Dean! You don't know how embarrassed I am of Jack." said Marey with pouting lips.
Dean laughed even more so that Marey would not feel tense in facing Doctor Chan.
"Come on ... let's go in Marey." said Dean as he pushed Marey's wheelchair into Doctor Chan's office.
Dean nodded his head when he saw Doctor Chan was waiting for him.
"Good morning Doctor Chan." Said Dean with a full look at Doctor Chan about the message he sent this morning.
"Good morning Dean, Marey. Dean I see you look fresh? are you feeling better?" asked Doctor Chan with a smile.
"Very good Doctor, you don't know how much impact Marey has on my life. All my ailments felt lost somewhere." Said Dean while hugging Marey's shoulder in front of Doctor Chan.
"Thank goodness Dean, I'm glad to hear that. Moreover, Marey already knows that you are Dean, not Luis anymore." said Doctor Chan relieved.
"Thank you Doctor Chan, all thanks to you too. Since I'm getting better, now I'm asking you to check on Marey's leg." said Dean with a serious face.
"You take it easy, I'll check it out." Said Doctor Chan then took his tool reflex hammer to check the condition of Marey's knee.
After several examinations Doctor Chan returned to his seat.
"Dean, I want Marey to take an X-ray to make sure her leg bones are still in good shape." said Doctor Chan calmly.
"What did the doctor conclude from the previous examination?" asked Dean, holding Marey's hand.
"Good enough for walking therapy. Her knee bones, and joints are also good and still respond well. Just not too strong yet. Maybe Marey never trained her legs." said Doctor Chan staring at Dean and Marey in turn.
"I think so too Doctor Chan, because I saw that Marey could still move her legs." Dean said feeling relieved that the estimate turned out to be true that Marey's feet were fine.
"About how long it would take Marey to walk?" asked Dean very seriously.
"Two months at the earliest, and a complete recovery is unpredictable as it is up to Marey to be careful in walking." said Doctor Chan explaining at length.
"You heard, Marey, you've been walking for two months. That means we are married in less than two months." said Dean with a smile.
Marey's face flushed with embarrassment. Dean never felt embarrassed to say his feelings or show his concern in front of other people.
"Do you intend to get married in two months Dean?" asked Doctor Chan, quite surprised to hear Dean's words.
Dean nodded his head in certainty. Dean knew that the possibility was very slim because he had only a few months to live, I don't know when.
