In Rakugaki....
The old man who had intended to visit the 6th division apparently met Gen in a city of Rakugaki, in a bar. Gen is ordering a drink there....
The old man approached him.
How can Gen go out for a drink in broad daylight? Isn't his job as division chairman still a lot?

The bar in Rakugaki is not selling liquor with high levels of alcohol it is strange if the message by the chairman of the 6th division is Ichigo Miruku aka Susu Stoberi pake es and soda, like happy soda.
He was forced to visit this bar because it seemed mature while the one he ordered was nothing but like a teenager.

Gen, who wears traditional Japanese clothes aka Kimono like Hakama with his distinctive Haori, is enjoying a mixture of beverage pleasures in this bar.
