Previously, although genetically modified plants acquired the ability to stabilize soil, their vitality was greatly diminished, the growth cycle slowed, and the rate of desert soil formation was extremely slow. Moreover, each batch of plants could only be used for five to ten years.
However, through simulations, they found that after adding this base sequence arrangement, the plants' growth cycle even sped up by twice and their vitality significantly enhanced, making large-scale application entirely feasible. The only thing missing was actual experimentation.
