Shuangfei temple.
It was the most famous thousand-year-old temple in the Hangzhou Prefecture and was also a famous Buddhist spot in the world.
Its name came from a poem by the founder of Buddhism.
"The bright moon passes through the cold temple, and the mountain monk covers the frost door."
The first Abbot of the Frostfall temple had his name removed from this poem. He had originally wanted to name it "lunar Sutra temple," but was desperately dissuaded by the monks, so he had to change it to "Frostfall temple."
After nearly a thousand years of development, the scale of the Frostwind temple on Mount daxiu was already quite large.
