The next morning, Terre Sol was found still standing in front of the forgetting statue. The group approached, still not having decided whether to proceed on without him. Luckily, Garran had already made up her mind to go on. She marched vigorously towards Terre Sol.
She slapped him hard with the back of her hand. The gesture shocked the members of Terre Sol's part who came running to their Lord's defence. However, upon meeting Garran's gaze they slunk back in retreat.
Terre sol's eyes widened in confusion. Garran stared down apathetically. She averted her eyes with undisguised disgust.
"Wake up, you fool," Garran sighed.
"What's going on?" asked Terre Sol flabbergasted.
"You failed the trial," Garran went on, "Take yourself back to Palace of coins and pray to the Moon God for forgiveness,"
Terre Sol stared back still confused. The blow had marked his cheek. Garran's hand was notoriously deadly.
