The Foster Academy's Hollow Chamber is a place where all of the national treasures are being kept. Instead of establishing another department for the creation of the museum, they've decided to put all of the treasures in the largest vault in the underground portion of the academy. The purpose of this was to ensure that all of the treasures won't get stolen in any case of infiltration.
Most of the people inside the royal capital appreciate the treasure that the royal knights mostly gathered from their expedition. And of course, it is not just artifacts, magic weapons, ancient tools, and inventions that are held inside of it. There is also a lot of gold being kept inside and only the Grandmaster of the academy as well as the president of the organization have the key to unlock it.
