Aran stared at him intently without losing his composure. He already knew that the two bodyguards beside Arthur Veda will take drastic measures in order to save him. Still, he just stood there while smiling.
"End me? So you're going to admit to all of the crimes that I have stated?" Aran asked. Arthur laughed jovially.
"What do you expect me to do? Pretend that I didn't do any of that and play like a fool? Well, I will admit, you got me. I thought you were just a nobody who lost its way." He sighed.
"At the very least, I would like to know your reasons about why you are doing this. This town is standing on its own without your company's help. You could've done normal trades with the other kingdoms without resorting to illegal trades and transactions." Aran said, still looking at him.
