Disruption force is a kind of spell that launches a condensed form of accumulated mana to anything that you aim it. It reflects the mana and bounces it forcefully, creating a narrowed impact to shake your opponent. It actually originated from the old textbook magic and Huck was able to read more about the spell when he was studying last year.
Even though he didn't have that much aptitude for magic, he could compress his mana and make use of it during his fight. It is a technique that he developed for emergencies and surprise attacks. When he saw how it was used during Aran's fight in the Winter Selection Trials, he was motivated to learn it and improve his technique. He was stuck with raining barrages of fists as his main weapon so he had to construct another way of fighting.
