With the advancement of their military-slash-vehicle project, Captain Megure and the others have taken each note of its capabilities and submitted it to the board council. Since it is transferred to William's federation, they would have to do all of the paperwork with him and discuss the trading system in a way that would work for both parties.
William did have some interest in obtaining what Aran manufactured in two years of researching science and modern magic altogether but he cannot own its right for himself as Aran only submitted it to him for the trading process. There is a contract that they signed together and William should keep the potential military weapon a secret until the enemies from the other country launch theirs.
