"I'll tell you what you need to know if you tell me what I need to hear." Lady Moon hums the words softly. Her hands continue to caress the dragon's chin.
I can feel my body shiver from my feet to my head. My cheeks blush from gazing at the woman. I'm collecting the right words I want to say. Lady Moon is asking why I protected her and it also indicates expressing my feelings.
"Tell her the truth," Miri tells me in my mind.
I know the Dragon is right but my trembling heart can't say a word to convey what I feel inside, so I let my hand slide through the scales on Miri's chin and reach to touch Lady Moon's fingers, brushing them along in my palm.
Lady Moon let out a mischievous smile and I diverted my sight into the flowers that surround us. I find it hard to gaze into the woman's eyes when Lady Moon steps closer to me leaving only a hairsbreadth of space between us.
