The Ghost walks out of the patient's room with the face of the murdered male nurse. With only a face mask to hide his exterior, he strides unhurriedly towards the elevator.
The door opens with its screeching metal sound. He immediately notices the phone haphazardly left on the bottom but chooses to ignore his curiosity and step inside the enclosed room to click on the floor button.
After a few seconds of descending, the lights suddenly flicker and the elevator stops. The steel compartment's temperature drops and the grave coldness fills the air. The entity sees his breath turn into an icy mist whenever he exhales.
"You want me to pick up the phone???" The ghost asks, staring at the ghastly reflection on the steel doors.
He isn't the only mirage riding the elevator. A woman clad in her white nightdress stands beside him a foot away beside the phone. Silently waiting for him to do her bidding while the steel enclosure where they exist is halted in its position.
