The docks became a bit rowdy as armed people began to encircle a small group of youth.
Three youths are surrounded by around 50 or more hooligans wearing coarse clothing which makes them look like sailors or pirates.
Leading this group of men is a bear-like guy and a thin-looking man with knives all over his body.
"Isn't that Vulture Peng and Bearhide?… Why are they causing trouble in these parts of the docks? Aren't they afraid of the Blueshark gang?"
