INT: FOREST - DAY.
Ethan's POV:
(Surprise😜)
When I drank Olivia's blood I felt unusually strong. I felt literally double of my former self, but by some rare miracle "I didn't kill her."
Even though I was able to restrain myself from draining her alive, I could still feel the thirst for her blood. A Xphynx blood.
I wondered how long I would be able to resist the urge to drink her blood or the urge to mate with her.
I love Olivia. I didn't want to hurt her, I wanted to protect her but it seemed impossible now since I couldn't stay close to her; Whenever she's around, the monster in me threatens to unleash itself and devour her.
My vision was blurred red, I could smell her from afar, I could sense her wherever she is, her emotions and worries. The mating mark already had it's effect on us.
"Ethan, I'm ready." She called from behind.
I turned to her staring at her dreamingly. One thing I noticed was her hair which seemed perfect and not a clue of unplaced hair. Her beauty glows more with each passing day; obviously she was a Xphynx, Xphynx beauty were unending. As long as they live they radiant more beauty with each passing day.
I noticed the pink blush on her face; she bends her head making grin widely.

Olivia's POV:
Ethan staring at me made my stomach flutter; He was well now, and that was what mattered to me.
I bent my head as I felt my cheek burning already.
It's been two days since I gave him my blood; he didn't kill me like he said proving right but he had been restless and unstable even refusing to glance at me.
Sometimes, he lets his werewolf out involuntary; but somehow he manages to control himself from Deedee redhurting me.
He wanted me to fear him, to be security conscious of him but I trusted him too much to fear him or feel insecure around him.
We were only a few kilometers away from the shores, we could get there in two hours ride and maybe by evening we are off in the seas.
He gazed at me, his eyes had that slight trace of blood red (which send shivers down my spine) and not the adorable metallic blue eyes i admire.
He strolled to meet me; I tried to back away, but I didn't want to send any message of being scared of him.
When he got closer, placed his hands on something behind him making trapped within his arms. I took one step backward but the root of a tree stopped me. "Was I backing off from him initially?" I thought. "How did I got so close to a tree."
He grinned at me.
"Thank you Olivia."
I pout; why was he behaving silly and I haven't thanked him for anything. I sighed. "Maybe I was a really bad mannered girl."
" Don't flatter yourself, let's get going." I said indifferently.
He chuckled. " You don't have to try so hard to look brave." He said.
I frowned.
" I'm not trying hard to look brave." I snapped.
" There are a lot of things you are still naive of." He brought his lips to my ear. " I can smell fear." He said.
I gasped heavily, telling me he could smell fear made me feel like I was doing something really bad, and he caught me.
I gulped. "I'm not scared of you Ethan." I said startling myself.
He chuckled revealing his shinning fangs, we were so close that we breathed the same air. "Well you should be."
"Why?!"
I knew why, but I was longing for him to say something else other than him hurting me.
A groan escape his chest.
"Because of this." He snuggled his head on my neck, and licked my neck making me feel the tips of his fangs.
That was the exact spot he bit me; when he licked my neck, it felt really itchy making me to long for his bite again. "Weird".
He stared at me, his eyes filled with mixed emotions. "Do you understand now?"
I nodded.
Horn blows; it was the ship announcing it would soon be ready for departure.
"We should go now." He said.
I nodded again.
EXT: SEA PORT – DAY.
Ethan and I rode to the shores on the horse Irene gave us; my hands around his torso and I feeling dizzy and ready to puke any moment.
That wasn't the best position at that moment, but it was inevitable. I felt his heart racing heavily against his chest, although he was riding a horse he was still distracted by me.
However; we reached the port, it was filled with lots of people I guess were vampires, werewolves, witches and maybe cats. But it was clear I was the the only Xphynx.
Everyone tried to push through the huge crowd to get their tickets taken and set for the journey to L'rindell.
I was busy staring around, everyone staring at me but I didn't care because I was getting use to awful stares already.
"Wow!" I gasped. I saw a lady turned both of her hands into wings and flew above the crowd.
"Ethan did you see that?"
"What?" He asked. It was obvious he wasn't looking my direction.
I frowned.
"That." I pointed.
He grinned. "You are about to go to fantasy land Olivia, you should expect to see more strange and weird creatures ahead."
I gasped. "There would be more."
"Dozens of them." He snapped.
"What about cats?" I asked.
"You are the last Xphynx."
I sighed. Obvious I'm the last of my kind. For once I felt lonely for being the last, I wondered how it might feel to hang around other Xphynx like me. Maybe I will have to cope with just cats.
Ethan noticed how worried I was. He grinned; I was going to tell him to stop smiling because seeing his fangs make my neck itch aching for his bite again.
"Should I tell him to bit me again?" I thought. He won't agree to that. "He is so obstinate." I thought.
I placed my hand on my itchy neck, but it kept itching me.
Ethan stared at me, noticing my discomfort. His eyes darkened.
I didn't care about him, because I was lost in my itchy neck.
He pulled a few strands of hair from behind my back to cover my neck. "Cover it Olivia." He said, his voice trembly.
I pout.
On a second thought; I wondered were next we are were going once we reach L'rindell.
"Ethan!" I called. "Where do we go next on getting out of the ship."
"Your home of course." He snapped.
"My home?!"
"Your home in 'El rendor' (The cat empire)" He snapped.
I scoffed. He obviously didn't understand what I meant.
"I know we're going to El rendor. I mean we might be strangers and— I stopped not knowing what else to say.
"We'll meet your your family, I mean your uncles." He said.
I frowned."My Grandfather said cats could give birth once in a lifetime and my parents are death. I don't have any uncle."
He stared at me startled.
"Well your grandfather is a twin." He explained.
"What?! " I thought, a twin he didn't tell me that.
"You mean I have an uncle?" I asked excitedly.
"Granduncle. " He corrected.
"Ow.. granduncle. " I muttered. He obviously won't know or remember.
But Ethan seem to know more about me than I know about myself.
"What else are you not telling me?" I asked sternly.
He glanced at me. "Your grandfather didn't tell you he was a twin. I think it's fair enough that you find the rest uncovered tales yourself."
I glared at him. He wasn't going to tell me anything.
We waited patiently on the, queue. The huge ship made me think of the movie 'Titanic' but it was way bigger. The captain had said there would be five thousand people onboard.
I gasped.
A vampire couple hands linked passed by, his wife glaring at me as she tightened the hold on her husband.
"What?!" I thought. "I'm not a man thief. She should blame her husband for staring at me like an idiot."
I linked my hand with Ethan who glanced at me.
"Whatever." I thought when he looked away. "We were probably married in the werewolf way."
I sighed. The thought of being married to Ethan made my belly flutter.
"I'm married to Ethan."
