It was the day.
Kristofer breathed a sigh of relief. He was finally out of the hospital. There were no more tubes attached to his body.
However, he was still on bed rest. He couldn't even walk properly yet. It will take some time.
The doctor promised him that if he was going to follow the instructions he'd given, Kristofer would be back and running in no time.
The bandage on his head was still a necessity. The wound hasn't fully healed. However, if Kristofer was to stay in the hospital for more days, he'd have gone crazy by then.
Anna was waiting with him, a smile plastered on her face. He knew how much of a burden he has been to her but he did enjoy her bossing him around.
His mother only came by once, one of his bodyguards informed. She didn't prolong and left seeing that he was alright.
Kristofer understood why neither of his parents came to visit.
