Lights.
Siren.
Kristofer couldn't feel anything. But he could hear frantic voices. It was muffled and he couldn't really decipher what they were saying.
His entire body felt numb.
"Anna." He muttered, his voice barely audible. He kept on zoning in and out.
"Anna." He repeated.
He wanted nothing but to see her. He wanted to be sure she's okay.
"Anna." He continued to call out, failing to stay conscious.

Anna jerked forward with her car, her insides churning and her nerves on edge, She gripped the steering wheel so hard, her knuckles almost turned white.
She then jumped out of the car, her feet dragging her all the way inside the hospital building. Her heart was hammering hard against her chest, she was finding it hard to breathe.
Approaching the information desk, Anna didn't bother to smile. She stared at the nurse and hoped that she didn't appear to be crazy or any of that sort.
