"Could you put the drill and nails over there in a bag?" Ava told Riley while walking into the classroom. They were testing out some stuff when they heard the mob of zombies rushing down the building. They wondered where the zombies were headed and who had attracted them.
They didn't know but they guessed that whoever must have attracted them was in very big trouble. Ava was saying something to Elsie when Riley turned back towards them, testing out the drills before putting them in the bag.
He needed to make sure that each and everyone of them was in perfect working condition so that they would not be stranded when things began to happen. They didn't have two lives, so they couldn't afford risking the one they had. Ava was impressed by what she saw, at least that meant that he still had some sense.
