I know Kim for almost a few months now and I must say that I have never seen her angry before. She always seems to be in control and calm but today I am seeing something I never thought I would see. All I can say is that I really do not want to get on her bad side.
I put my hand softly on her lower back and then try and stay as calm as possible.
"Kim, let's just calm down for a minute-"
"Calm down? You want me to calm down? Let me put it in terms that you can understand. When one of your soldiers decides not to listen to you, would you just forgive him? Will you be calm?"
She makes a good point. And I realize that it does not matter what I am going to say to her right now she will stay mad. I guess I should not get in between her and her territory. This must be completely unacceptable in her line of work. I throw my hands up in surrender.
"Okay, okay, I am backing off"
