The man chuckled as he shook his head, "I can lower it to forty percent payment but if you go any lower, it's a no-deal from my side."
"Wha!" Fu Jie rolled his eyes with a scoff as he heard the man's demand.
"So are we talking or not?" The man was clearly much better at bargaining than Fu Jie.
Fu Jie had probably never bargained before this while this man was a full-out master at this odd skill!
"Okay!" Fu Jie sounded both angry and frustrated but none of the two feelings could be seen on the other man's face.
