Jess widened her eyes and released a soft grunt under her breath. A silent threat was behind her eyes, which he foolishly ignored and just smiled at her.
"You make me sound like a freaking bipolar! Father all my children? How many children?!"
"As many as you can!"
Jess turned her head to her aunts who spoke before he could open his mouth.
He snorted inwardly. He was scared to death about her aunt but he would deny it if someone would ask him, however, he could not deny it to himself. And it was not for nothing because he heard a lot about Aunt Joy and he knew that she's a formidable business woman, hiding behind a facade of a grumpy daredevil. He learned about it from listening to Jess and Ellise talked.
And he found out from Markus that Aunt Joy owned a lot of businesses under different dummies organizations.
