The dinner was delicious and Ezra's friends weren't bad company so the reception went well for a while. The bouquet/garter tosses and first dance still needed to happen but that didn't have anything to do with Jonah or Eden so they sat back and relaxed.
Even after running into Raelynn, he was still in a good mood as he thought about the fact that it would be him and Eden up on the dance floor having their first dance as a married couple less than a year from now. It was hard to believe he was getting married after all this time. He spent most of his life thinking that it was impossible for him.
Others were allowed to join them on the dancefloor for the next song so he asked if Eden wanted to go. She smiled and nodded happily, taking his hand as he led her out.
