"What are you hiding from me? can no one answer my question?" asked Gladys with both eyebrows raised.
Nadia took a deep breath.
"I have helped Jean, by acting engaged in front of Jean's parents. Jean's father is seriously ill and wants Jean to get engaged and get married." said Nadia in a low voice.
"My God Nadia! Jean !! What are you doing?? you have lied to your parents!!" said Gladys, not believing what she heard.
"This is only temporary Glad, until Jean gets another lover." said Nadia calming Gladys heart.
"It's a complicated matter for you Nad." said Gladys with a worried face.
"Wait Glad, I can solve my problem. Now we listen to Nadia's story why the engagement happened." said Jean trying to calm down.
