This, however, could not be said of Juniper, cursed by her lycanthropy at the tender age of six, her life has only go downhill from that point on, with parents who are terrified of her, people always looking weirdly at her because of her scars, and as the cherry on top: she had been expelled from her school thanks to her monthly problem.
You see, no one, other than a few of the staff of the school, knew about her condition, and she was glad about it, but as we established before, she doesn't have the best track record and the truth always comes out. She is devastated, the one thing that was good in her life was being able to go to school and do magic, the only thing that she actually liked about her, that she was a witch.
But when her parents get contacted by some weird man with the longest beard she has ever seen, her life might start to change for the better, or at least that's what she hoped."
Disclaimer #2: Her name doesn't have to be Juniper, I just decided to go with that one in the summaries so i don't have to put a blank space, you can name her whatever you want!
So, the OC here is a werewolf, she was bitten at six years old as I previously stated, and she doesn't live in the UK, you can decide where she lives and goes to school before she gets expelled, that's all up to you.
She gets expelled because she blindly trusted a friend with her secret en her friend told everyone else, so by the time the parents found out, they wrote a bunch of letters to the school demanding for her to be expelled, and the school had no other choice that to comply.
That's when Dumbledore makes his big entrance and offers a place in Hogwarts for her, I was thinking making this her and Harry's third year. You might have noticed that Lily and James are, again, alive, I was not exaggerating when i say i do this a lot.
Small things that would be cool to add to the plot.
-The golden trio meets the OC (i would personally love if she is in Hufflepuff, but any house is fine) when Dumbledore announces to the school that she is new, they try and talk to her, but she is very closed off because the last time she got a friend, they ruined her life, so she is not as trusting anymore.
-Now, Harry having growing up with Remus in his life can recognize that the scars might not be just some random thing about her as everyone else thinks, he doesn't want to say anything to her before being sure, so when they go home for Christmas break, he ask's his parents and Sirius how did they found out about Remus being a werewolf and explains his suspicions to them.
-I would really love to see some moment in which somebody says something about her scars on her face/body and the golden trio jumps to defend her, plus Harry saying something to her like "Well i found them extremely cool" or something like that.
-Other small detail that i think would be cute is her always trying to use as many clothing items as possible to try and cover as many scars, and one day she decides to be more confident, wearing maybe a summer dress, a cute skirt or tank top, that depends on you.
If you like the idea but want to change the characters you totally can! I would love to see other versions of my ideas. But please always tell me about it!
