"Why are you stopping me?" Orion frowned, his eyebrows knit together in a deep furrow as he glanced over his shoulder at me since I had been holding him back from storming off.
"Why...?" I sputtered, confused by his question while he pivots in my direction and stopped fighting to shrug my hands off.
"If you were so certain about Cain, you'd have hurt me intentionally and let me leave. But look..." He gestures at me with the tilt of his chin, "You are holding me back and finding the words to explain your reasoning."
"Oh... it's just—" I gasped, surprised that my choice of actions and words could be seen as such as he cut me off.
"If your heart doesn't belong to him, there's no need for you to forcefully limit your options. I'm not saying it has to be either me or Cain, but... at least give me a shot now that you realise!" Orion exclaimed with passion, his hands clasping over mine as he kneels and presses his forehead against mine.
