"You weren't joking when you said you were showing me the basics." I comment as Dylan narrows his eyes at me with a look of dissatisfaction.
"I told ya, I only handle ta back. Can't be bothered with ta whining an' grumbling of customers, ya know?" Dylan shrugs while shaking his head, although from what I've garnered from our llittle conversations, it didn't seem likely that was his real reason for preferring to stay away from people.
"Well... Suppose I take your word for it, surely you know more than three places in this cafe." I turned to glance at his face after surveying the employees' changing room and the lockers lining the walls.
"I showed ya the practical places of note! What more do ya need ta know!?" He grumbles and folded his arms as I scratched my cheek nervously.
