I somehow convinced Darien to stay as he now lay in bed beside me. In all honesty, I could have just kept the information to myself and used it without his knowledge while his father could end up behind bars.
The dying company would technically be assumed to his brother's name given the belief of his family and the implications on Darien would not be so intense. In all the chaos, he would likely lean more on me than on anyone else given the fact that we've had history and that he finds me as a dependable person.
Well, all that could have been supported given the fact that I was the sole person he was dependable on but— a third party... I noticed that quite a few transactions were sent to a same party, but it wasn't a paper company for his embezzlement...
