I could see from above a creature

It looked like similar to a snake but was shorter with a wide body at the top and getting thinner down the body it looked like it was floating but it had a lot of very small feet holding it up it had a patten of red and patches of black on it surfaces.

When I looked at it some information popped up out of nowhere.
