The Green Shadow Academy's Herb Gardens were covered with a thick fog. It was impossible for a person walking in this fog to see ten steps ahead. Some red hues were standing out as the water droplets, concentrated on the grass, were glowing under the light oozing through the gray veil.
One after another, light red stains were emerging out of the gardens like a long line and then reaching up to the academy's commercial square. Even when they ended up in a dead-end street, they kept wetting the young man's clothes lying in front of the wooden door.
In the vast square, there was no noise other than the footsteps of few people passing by until a white-skinned girl stuck her graceful neck through the small window.
"Mel! Mel!"
